I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Appliance this past week from both the efficient scheduler to the technician who did the work. Dakota, the professional technician, was prompt, friendly and very competent in diagnosing the problem with my spare refrigerator in the basement that was not cooling or freezing properly. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and informed me that the cost of the parts alone without any labor {estimated to be 3 to 4 hours} would be more than the cost of replacing it with a new one as it was 15 years old. Dakota's recommendation to replace it rather than fix it was not difficult to make because I had full confidence in his expertise and diagnosis of the problem. After all, he could have just went ahead and quoted me a price to fix it when it was not the right thing to do because it would have cost more than a new one and I would have been stuck with an old refrigerator prone to more problems such as a compressor down the road. He also installed a new water filter in my kitchen refrigerator as long as he was here rather than coming back sometime later. I was very impressed with the service I received from Dakota and the scheduler and would highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs in the future. I know I will be using them again if I have any further problems.
