Greg was a very Professional tech. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He had my refrigerator repaired in very little time. A & E techs were here 4 times and put parts in that were not broken.

These guys are great. I gave them info on what was wrong with our refrigerator. In anticipation of the problem, they had the right part with them. Made for a quick and easy fix. Will call them again for sure

Nice people. Gentleman showed up with his wife and they looked at my refrigerator door and washing machine. They were at my house maybe an hour and no tools were used on either appliance. I was told the refrigerator door needed totally replaced and the washer would cost more to fix. Was fine with what they came up with but charging $182 for less than an hour and to just evaluate seemed a bit excessive. But like I said they were nice people but probably won't use them again because of the cost.

We had an issue with our new GE refrigerator, a faulty water inlet valve. The store where we bought the refrigerator from had a list of appliance repair companies to call if we had a problem. We called Petersen Plumbing and Heating for assistance . The technician that came out was young man named Ben. Ben was so kind and courteous and very knowledgeable about the technology associated with these new refrigerators. He was able to make an initial diagnosis of the problem and he also advises us to contact the manufacturer for parts . The refrigerator was still covered under a manufacturing warranty. So the manufacturer sent us the parts and several days later, when the part arrived Ben came back and installed the part and remedied the problem. Ben assisted us with the procedure to submit a claim to GE for warranty coverage so the reimbursement process went smoothly. Our experience with Petersen Plumbing and Heating was an excellent one. Ben W. is a wonderful representation of this company. He demonstrated professionalism and confidence in his technical knowledge of appliance repair and with exceptional customer service. Worst experience ever came to fix my dryer and refrigerator, the guy came and ordered parts , and now my dryer doesn’t work at all and refrigerator not fixed properly, don’t do buisness with these people, I’m out 1500 bucks. , and home warranty company, wouldn’t help , so now I’m out of another 800 bucks

Had a plugged defrost drip line on our KitchenAid fridge/freezer. They were responsive and professional in making the appointment, and were able to diagnose and fix the problem at a fair price. He was terrific to work with throughout the entire process, from initial call through the repair.

First tech came to my house, had to order a part, came back 6 days later to complete the repair he thought would fix my refrigerator. He was a very nice guy! Within an hour my refrigerator stopped working again. 3 days later another guy came out. Told us we would have to pay almost $300 as “he knew what was wrong with it.” Said “ your refrigerator was made in 2010 and the warranty starts then so it’s out of warranty.” All lies, my fridge is 2 years old. I bought it 2 years ago and it’s still under warranty and there’s a 30 day repair guarantee. He threatened my husband and lied on the paperwork saying I signed to decline the repair and was rude and disrespectful to him. Was the other way around buddy!

Technician came out, looked in the frigerator, said we needed a part or a direct LG tech to fix fridge. Didn't say what part or where to get it. Got a different tech from another service who fixed it with part he had on hand. Explained whole process and found all the other things wrong with the situation making the part fail and fixed them too.
