I called Action Appliance Repair when my refrigerator stopped keeping things cold. Garret came out to see what the problem was which he quickly identified. A replacement part was ordered for the one that had broken. He came back to finish the repair and i have to say that Garret is an asset to this company. He’s professional, knowledgeable and a really nice guy.

One morning I woke up and found that my refrigerator was not cooling. Frazzled, I immediately started calling repair companies, with very little luck. They don't service refrigerators, they don't service LG appliances, they only service past customers, they can't come out until next week, etc. I called A Action and they had a technician out there the next day. Wayne was really great! He diagnosed the issue within minutes, and informed me that the part was under warranty through LG. The customer service team worked with me to get the replacement part from LG (for free) so that I would only have to pay for the labor. Regina from the customer service department called me EVERY DAY to update me on the status of the shipped part! When it arrived, Wayne was back to my house the following morning, and now my fridge is up and running. I've seen some other reviewers complain that the labor fees are high. I don't know anything about the going rate for appliance repair, but I do know that A Action is worth every penny for the excellent service I received. Every single person I dealt with, from customer service to Wayne my new favorite technician, was courteous, professional, communicative, and prompt. I would absolutely use them again for any future appliance repairs.

We had a service call to fix the ice maker in our refrigerator. Our technician, Steven, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t replace anything unnecessarily!!

I just "knew" that my ailing refrigerator would need to be replaced; however, as usual with Neighborhood Appliance Repair they treated me with respect and took the time to discern the problem. I just needed my refrigerator to be repaired! The service rep, Jeff, was efficient and quick and very informative. It cost us a mere fraction of a new refrigerator and it works better than it ever has. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that I had a refrigerator full of rotting food and Jeff came to our rescue at 8:45pm after he had worked all day. You see, Jeff wasn't scheduled to come to Cranston to repair our fridge, but, Neighborhood had promised us that they would fix the fridge that day and as Jeff said, "A promise is a promise."
