I called Mr Appliance for a water problem. I was getting water in my vegetable draw. The gentleman on phone asked me a few questions. One was how old is my refrigerator. He didn’t want me to waste my money if it was really old. They are very knowledgeable. From the service call to the technician. They had a little difficulty removing the cover inside my refrigerator cuz it was so frozen on. He explained why. Very respectful gentleman. He also mentioned to remove the protected board from the back of the refrigerator where the condenser is and unplug your refrigerator to vacuum every few months. To prevent it from overheating. My water problem has been resolved. I truly recommend this company to everyone.

I had an issue with my sub zero refrigerator, the freezer temp would vary greatly (warm/cold) but not as cold as a freezer should be. Mr. Appliance (Nick) showed up when he said he would. He found the problem had to order the part, came back and repaired the freezer. The repair cost was reasonable, I would recommend Mr. Appliance

The technician is great; the system is poor. Website will not let you add appliances and schedule a visit at same time. So I needed a visit on refrigerator, but could only make appt on existing dishwasher. Tech arrives, he doesn't work on fridge. So $100 deductible, then made appt fir fridge, another $100 deductible. Called customer service, 24 minute wait, agent tried to resolve and refund first $100, but not authorizes. told me to call another number. After I get fridge fixed,, will terminate. Your system SUCKS!

Technician communicated clearly via text, and called shortly before arriving. Quickly asked history of problem, and LG diagnostic via WI-FI. They said it was the evaporator fan Moter. And the terrible experience with them after it failed 1 1/2 years after it was purchased. the technician diagnostic from Sears said it was the compressor that is part warranty for 10 years, and suggested that I contact LG.
