Cowboy Cody is simply amazing! Our refrigerator was buzzing extremely loudly. This is the second time this happened. Got it "fixed" by some other company the first time. Turns out the fan was not the problem. Yes, it was creating the buzzing, but the real issue was with the defroster. Cleared out all of the ice, put in a fix to help with the ice build-up, told us how to fix it ourselves going forward and was out the door in about 30 minutes. And way cheaper than the other company. He will be our go-to guy for all appliances from now on!

Our Sub Zero refrigerator, twenty years old, failed on us. Within four hours of calling Don Bacon, technician Justin B was at our door. He was highly professional in his work, explained the problem to us, arranged to have repair parts delivered to us within a couple hours, and fixed the issue. All the while, he was conversational and polite, a very well spoken individual. The next day I experienced a problem of my own making on the freezer racks. Justin tried mightily to solve it by phone, and failing that he came to our house within 45 minutes and fixed the issue readily. Very high praise for this fine company and for Justin B.

I can’t think of a better service I’ve had done in the last five years of being a homeowner. Our dishwasher went down and he gave us a thorough and honest answer instead of charging us hundreds of dollars to replace a lemon product. He even gave dishwasher recommendations based on his experience and it’s the best appliance in the house by far. Then the following month, our refrigerator started leaking water, and he figured out a clever workaround to still allow it to use water without replacing the filter which is going to be $400 for our particular fridge. He basically bought us an additional year to save up money to purchase a new fridge. We seriously owe this place so much for how helpful they’ve been.

When our GE refrigerator quit cooling properly I googled searched for a GE repair service near me and came up with Don Bacon appliance repair. When I called, Kristina (?) picked up on the first ring and quickly got me scheduled for a service call the following day. As I was told, Ian the repair tech called me first thing the following morning to let me know when he would be there. Ian showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the correct repair part on the truck and quickly went to work to repair the problem. While doing the repair, Ian was very informative about what had caused the problem and the needed repair. Both people from Don Bacon appliance were very friendly and helpful. Without a doubt I would recommend them every chance I get.

Your employee, Drew has been to my condo twice now for repairs on my dishwasher & yesterday my refrigerator/freezer. He worked very hard trying to locate the problem. When he did discover what was going on he actually left to get a part & quickly repaired what was needed. He is very informative about what is happening to the appliance. Don Bacon is a great company for your higher end appliances. I use them to service my subzero fridge and freezer, they always offer up helpful tips! Most recently they came to service my thermador oven, and they were really helpful with parts, etc. I highly recommend them, not just for repairs, but also regular maintenance.

They came out here twice. And I had to take it apart and fix it myself. And I know nothing about refrigerators and freezers.

Joel arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain what repairs were needed and the associated costs. Upon his return visit, he completed the install of the replacement parts without incident. Refrigerator up and running again. 5 stars for Joel!

I had water leaking on the inside of my refrigerator and had never had anyone come to my home for appliance repair before. I found John on Yelp, the reviews were very positive so I gave him a call and he was able to come the same day. He explained the work to me before he came, gave me a quote and was here on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, was informative about what he was working on during the time he was here , he took care of my problem and was an absolute pleasure from start to finish to deal with. Would highly recommend.

My Samsung refrigerator was not cooling properly and so I called Appliance Wizard LLC. They came out and fixed it promptly, I would def recommend them.

I wish I could give a higher rating. I called because my ice maker stopped working on a relatively new refrigerator. We had tried everything. The tech who came out was so very courteous and positive. I really liked him. However, he checked everything except the water filter. Didn’t even look at it. In fairness, we did say we had just replaced it. But you would think he would have checked to make sure. After examining it with some gadget he said our ice maker was broken and the repair would be over $700 or we could just buy a countertop one. He charged me $172 for the service stop, even though I had been quoted $159. In the end I bought a new filter and replaced the other one. Turns out it was damaged and the ice maker is working fine now.

Beyond professional. I called in about an issue with my freezer not working. They informed me of what the issue was, and how to resolve it with the manufacturer, because there was a known issue with my model of refrigerator. Since he diagnosed what the issue was, and provided an invoice with the tested He performed I was able to go back to the manufacture and get it covered. Without their knowledge of appliances, I would’ve spent the money and bought a brand new fridge. They came out same day and Informed me how to fix the problem. Will always use them for appliance repairs.
