I found AAA Appliance Repair with an internet search after our Samsung side-by-side refrigerator stopped cooling. I scheduled an appointment on-line and a few minutes later my phone rang. It was Paul who said he could be at our house in 30 minutes. After diagnosing the problem, he said he could have a new part (a fan) shipped in in a few days. The part arrived yesterday evening and Paul arrived this morning during time we had scheduled. The refrigerator is now working as it should. I highly recommend AAA Appliance Repair for your repair needs. The communications were excellent about when the part would arrive and when Paul would be back to finish the work. If I have a future appliance needing repair, AAA Applicance will be my first call. Glenn

Great service. Refrigerator stopped working, Technician came out first thing the morning after I called for service, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to order and install a new inverter board the following day.

We were in a jam and needed immediate help. (Moving company we hired couldn’t get refrigerator out of the house so they left it in our living room). I called and explained and although not what they usually do, they heard our desperation and agreed to help. The two techs were persistent in their efforts to take it apart, move it, and rebuild it. This was above and beyond a normal repair and we are extremely grateful for their knowledge and kindness. We’re keeping their business card for sure!

Our LG refrigerator started to make a strange noise. Based on reviews (since we are relatively new to the area) I called Smart Fix Appliance Repair to diagnose and correct the issue. After a quick diagnosis, Igor temporarily fixed the problem, ordered a replacement part and told me that he'd be back to install it as soon as it arrived. It arrived this morning and it's now noon. It's already installed in the refrigerator and working perfectly. I can't imagine calling anyone else based on this quality of service - they have gained a customer and will have my business whenever I need work done on an appliance. The work was well done, the communication was excellent throughout the process and their response times were amazing. Igor's knowledge of his craft was unlike anything I've seen before. As I originally described the issue, he knew where to look and diagnosed it very quickly. The temporary fix worked until the new part arrived. Rick saved the day! The refrigerator was not cooling, so everything was at risk for spoiling. I left VM for help. Rick called and arranged to stop over right after his next appt. He was here sooner than we ever expected. He diagnosed our trouble, and had a new part on hand. After the repair the refrig. was purring like a kitten. I called for information this vendor + others, although I went with another company because they called back 1st Mr. Rick was soo informative & made me feel he was the expert, I called him back to ask if what the other technician was saying was Correct. Called this company in panic mode because refrigerator quit working and freezer defrosting. Within one hour they came and diagnosed a bad compressor. My refrigerator was not staying cool and the freezer was not working. ABC was able to diagnose the issue to a control board, not the compressor. The repair was done in an hour and saved me the cost of a full replacement, which would have been extremely expensive. The total cost was below my expectations. After moving into our house a month ago - the 6 year old wine refrigerator stopped cooling on both sides. Google search lead me to Star Appliance Repair, after emailing through their site on a Saturday, Sean responded within an hour and scheduled me for Monday. He repaired the unit and it's working great. I highly recommend them!

This is the worst company to do business with. My refrigerator was not cooling, ice on the back wall and water in the bottom drawer. Technician came on 5/25/23 to repair it but he said it needs to order parts like fan, UI, defrost thermistor. The office called to let me know that the parts are in on 6/8/23 and the available appointment will be on Tuesday 6/13. On Monday the office called to cancel our appointment because we are not Priority. Unprofessional!! How could you take us out of the schedule after you gave me that available date when I call and also I am taking the day off today to be home for the tech to come to repair my refrigerator. How can you said we are not priority, we are priority because we are without refrigerator for 15 days, buying food for the day everyday because we can not store it. I hope management read these reviews from dissatisfied clients and take serious action.

A total waste of time and money. I called them for two items--a microwave and a refrigerator. Turns out the microwave was old and they no longer sell repair parts. Since they serviced the microwave before, seems like they could have figured that out without charging me $139. The refrigerator door would not align properly and prevented the door dispersers from working. Gary had no idea how to fix it and just puttered around for a while and then left. Over $200 totally wasted.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. Worst company I ever had to deal with. Basically stole $160 from me. I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed budget. If they would do this to a veteran, just imagine what they woyld do to the average person. Won't reply to my calls. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my refrigerator. Mark from A-Tech did everything right. He called when on his way, was on time, quickly found the problem, fixed it, and then helped me vacuum the dust from the vents on the back of the refrigerator, at no additional charge! He was very nice and I would definitely call them again.

Troubleshooting a problem with a Frigidaire refrigerator. Office staff are responsive and knowledgeable. Spoke with service manager multiple times and was able to rectify the problem without trying to take advantage of the situation to do a repeat service calls. Impressed with their quality of service and will use them again.

The most excellent recent repair service experience ! Refrigerator had died. It was over 17 years old. Service person was honest that likely the part would not be available. The Company spent time trying to find the part. The part was not available. However, I also have a 36-year-old Sears dryer that was making thumping sounds. Service person diagnosed, and repaired after the part kit was received ! Also, we knew the dryer vent was overdue for cleaning, so that was done ! Each step of all maintenance costs was honestly and effectively communicated ! And, ALL telephone communications were professional and good for each step of repairs! Do yourself a favor: get your Appliances Serviced via C and E !!!

We hired C&E after being referred by Angi. After explaining what was going on with the fridge the repairman guessed it was a bad circuit board. He insisted it would be better to repair than buy a new one. After a few days he returned to install them part. Total it was a little over $400. The fridge just got hotter. He then said it would be ANOTHER $749 to repair the fridge. It seems that this company just wants to charge for more labor and more parts than you actually need and they do not stand by their work. I don't know about you but I can't think of a single person who would find it logical to pay over $1,100 to repair a 5 year old fridge. You could hire this company, or you could just throw your money in the garbage can. Either way you will still have a broken appliance. Do not recommend. Edit: I posted a negative review and asked if there was anything the company could do since they were unable to fix the fridge. I received a long rambling text message from the OWNER who seems not only incompetent, but was also insulting.

On August 30th we contacted this company for repair on our refrigerator. The temperature would rise when the door was left open for even a short amount of time. The repairman, Anthony, showed up and that’s the only reason I gave 1 star. Initially he told us there was nothing wrong with our unit. While he was putting the parts back on the refrigerator my husband and I left the room. I went to my office to work and my husband to shower. As soon as we left the room, he randomly says uh oh and that he found the problem. The compressor is weak. He then “fixed it” but never showed us the old part or the replacement part. He didn’t not provide any paperwork for the repair (update - he did 3 days later). After his visit I messaged him twice, once because he left a tool at our house and once to say his repair did not work (the issue remained). He did call the next did and rudely but accurately told me he was the repair person and not me and I shouldn’t worry but should let him do his job. He comes back (my husband is not home) and wouldn’t let me explain what was happening. He kept cutting me off to justify that what he “fixed” made it better than it was before I called him because the temp was correct again. I explained why he couldn’t say that with accuracy based off of what he told us when he said nothing was wrong. I asked him to quit cutting me off and to let me finish. He then mansplained me about him being the expert, shared his unwanted thoughts about the temp we keep our refrigerator. Then tried to act like that’s why it wasn’t working because 37 is optimal and we were making our machine work too hard by having a couple of degrees lower. I explained where we keep our temp is not why I called. And did y’all know that 32 degrees is freezing. What!!! Mansplain to me what freezing temperatures are cause clearly I’m 5 years old and don’t know. He continued to be rude. I told him he could speak with my husband. He didn’t want me to do that. He went outside to “wait to see if our temperature would rise” after he opened and closed the refrigerator for 2 seconds. I gather his tools, walked outside, and let him know that he got what he wanted the $330 he charged us to replace a part on the compressor (the relay switch). I’ve since learned his prices are outrageous and a rip off. I kindly told him his service were no longer required and we would find someone else to assist us. Do not call this company unless you want to be ripped off and spoken to like your an idiot. And don’t let them try to tell you I’m not a real customer - I am!!! And now we are just going to buy a new refrigerator.
