We had an ice maker that went bad on an older side by side refrigerator. We contacted this company for the repair/replacement. We worked with Ida in the office and with Julian as the technician doing the on-site diagnosis and repair. Both were highly professional, prompt, courteous, and friendly. Julian was very clear on what the possible issues and outcomes might be and the costs that would be incurred so that we could make an informed decision (replace ice maker and possibly the control board, or just buy a new refrigerator/freezer). We went for the repair and are happy with the outcome and with this company.
