This is the worst appliance repair company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Misdiagnosis and same issue 4 times with only more fees on a 3 yr. old Refrigerator. I am out 550.00 - a lot of food. I bought a new Refrigerator. Shame on you!!!!

Russ was very efficient & knowledgeable in assessing the problem with my LG refrigerator Icing beneath the pull out freezer . He replaced the french door gasket, & freed uo the blocked draining the freezer . I was not related tge gasket to the freezer problem, & thought about not going forward with the repair. Robert the CS manager called and reassured me & explained the correlation between the refrigerator gasket & bottom freezer. I appreciate the time taken to reassure me. Russ compared the repair in a timely manner, answered all.my questions. Refrigerator & freezer appears to be working with no more ice backup . Thank You Rose Hutchinson

The guyMr Appliance technician was nice enough and spent an hour doing diagnostics. At the time the refrigerator was back working. My 18 mo old whirlpool refrigerator just stopped working in February then cycles back on. He basically said he had no idea why. This is the second company and a total of $230 later between the two. I'm still with an almost new refrigerator that stops and just stops at any moment in time. I expected more results not just telling what I already knew.
