Tony has helped us out a couple of times - once for a refrigerator that was older, but according to Tony, one that build to last a lifetime. It needed a small fan - which was no longer available to order...but guess who still had one (brand new, in the box) - Tony! That was over a year ago. The refrigerator runs better than ever. It was a super heavy refrigerator and in a tight space. Tony was able to "skinny" in there and make it work - even though it was highly inconvenient for him. Not a lot of smart, helpful and resourceful repairmen around like that. Recently called him again for another matter (dishwasher) - same thing older dishwasher incorrectly installed all these years (improper ground) - but that's not was the problem. Turns out, it was operator error! (Don't ask please - too embarrassing) . Tony was not going to charge me, even though he had squeezed me into the schedule. When I insisted, he found something else to fine tune (the garbage disposal) - which yes, it too was not working. Is this a really long recommendation? Yes! But all very true. If you can find a better appliance repair man, I don't know where it would be. Is he very busy? Yes, and others would be too if they were half as smart and as totally honest as Tony.

Very professional, knowledgeable and quick worker. He diagnosed the problem and explained it back to me, then quickly repaired the issue with our refrigerator/freezer. Tony is the best appliance repairman I’ve ever had.

It is not easy to find words to describe the positive experience I had with the Lewis family bringing my refrigerator back. Mr. & Ms. Lewis came prepared to diagnose and repair my frig, including the in door water dispenser that stopped working so long ago I had forgotten about it. What seemed to be an electronic switch or wiring failure was a slightly dislodged wiring harness caused by the improper installation of the harness to the electric computer board when the refrigerator was assembled several years ago. I would have never thought to look for that issue. I only remembered the water dispenser problem when reattaching the wiring harness, which fixed that problem as well. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly call them the next time an appliance fails at my home.. You should as well.

These guys are great! They are both professional and friendly. They diagnosed and repaired our refrigerator quickly and were prepared for whatever mess they would make (in our case, melting all the ice from it freezing up) and cleaned up as if they were never here. Recommend them 100%

Sears service tech Austin did not fix my refrigerator…he is the 5th different guy to come Out and he didn’t even care about fixing my frig. He was in and out in 20 mins..just long enough to unclog the lines and didn’t even try to see why the lines keep clogging up. I will never recommend Sears for any repairs

Repaired water dispenser on our LG refrigerator.

Sears service tech Austin was terrible. He was not interested in fixing the problem what so ever. All he did was clear the lines so my refrigerator won’t leak for about a week and then it will be leaking again. I tried to explain what was happening and about the part that was ordered and appts canceled because we were waiting for said “part” and it has never been put on…I bet if it was put on the problem would be fixed. I would not recommend Sears to anyone for repairs
