Originally, I chose Appliance Care because I thought my compressor was bad and they include technicians who are certified to repair or replace a refrigerator compressor. .....Turned out it was only the condenser motor. The technical was very professional and able to explain what was needed. ..... While I will consider their used appliances in the future, I'm very glad to have been able to keep the refrigerator I currently have for now.

We first called The Appliance Care Company when our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. The technician was very friendly and professional. Then we had an issue with our ice dispenser not working on a different refrigerator. Then we moved to a different home and the refrigerator there wasn't cooling properly and it was going to be more cost effective to buy a new refrigerator so they advised we do that. We've called them out two more times since, for a microwave and most recently an oven repair. They're reasonably priced and will give you honest advice even if it means less money for them. We will continue doing business with them and refer them to our friends and family.

The refrigerator was making a loud sound, that I believed to be associated with making ice. Not the compressor. Austin came to review the service call and during our conversation he heard the noise. He immediately said what it turned out to be - the dual solenoid valve. Which is related to the ice making process. Well, he ordered the part, when it came in, he came back, performed the installation and we now have no noise and lots of ice. Thank you Austin.
