This is a legal scam and a rip-off. A 110.oo+ charge for a 10min visit to see a refrigerator, connect a hose to the compressor and tell you you need a new one for only $1,500.00. Wow, the cost of a new one. That service don't cost 110.00, maybe the most 40. Also the offer you that you can suppose clean your washer machine for 50.00 and you just have to ask the technician to do so, but as he said to us, it only applies to those tech's that can do the job, the one sent was not working w washer, coincident no way. Sears is not SEARS any longer, hope some call me back, I will be waiting.
