Came home to find our refrigerator and freezer warm and defrosting. Called Amen Appliance Repair at 8pm at night, and they fit us in and arrived around 10am the next morning! Assessed the situation professionally, were honest, and explained the entire process. Reasonable rates, kind and professional service.

Reverend Kevin was cheerful, professional, timely arrival, and got the job(s)done. This was my first time hiring him. The dryer coil needed clearing, the refrigerator needed a filter replaced and also the screw holding the ice maker into the freezer wall had detached, allowing water to drip and ice everything on lower shelves. The dishwasher was the mysterious leaker that we had for years. Not in front of dishwasher, but under sink and in an adjacent cabinet.Two parts changed. Very reasonable cost for all that he did! He doesn’t do weddings—aww shucks!!

I scheduled an appointment because my refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. Joshua came out to take a look at it and took his time diagnosing the problem. Once he determined the problem, he was honest about what needed to be done and the cost. Since my fridge is 7+ years old, I opted to replace rather than repair but I was so appreciative of his candor. He gave me some excellent advice on what to look for and stay away from. Informed me that the repair could last a few months or 5 yrs he could not guarantee timeframe. Never pressured for either estimate but made sure I was aware of what could happen. Over the years we have used Mr. Tim Albert for all of our appliance repairs - dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. He is extremely knowledgeable and always professional. Quickly figured out the problem with my Liebherr refrigerator, advised trying the conservative approach (defrosting!) with pledge to return without further service charge if that didn’t work. (It did… I feel a little idiotic for not figuring that out myself but the Liebherr is a little exotic and the owner’s manual had no trouble shooting suggestions, so l was happy to have it resolved easily)

Our refrigerator lights needed repairing. Solar Appliance repairman was on time for the appointment.

The Service was great serving our GE refrigerator. The service was unable to work on our whirlpool to change gasket all he open door said it didn't need it. We called see if credit back on credit card since he did't do any work on refrigerator. That we were disappointed in Solar service next time we need service try some other companies.

They came out within 24 hours, fixed the problem and the repair price was very fair. I would definitely recommend Solar Refrigeration.

I called Eagle refrigeration on a Friday evening in regards to a problem that directly affected my business. Within minutes, their answering service and put me in touch with a technician who promised to come out the next morning to look at my problem. Matt was friendly, professional, and very direct about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem promptly, and allow us to get back to business. Their rates were reasonable despite coming out on the weekend. This is the first time I have used Eagle Refrigeration, but it was certainly won’t be the last!

Kenmore Refrigerator My technician is awesome. I have been dealing with Jeremiah for almost two years. When he comes to see what's going on with this refrigerator that Sears refuse to replace despite the numerous times the technician has come out to service it. Jeremiah has been honest, reliable and respectful during this long process we have been through. I have to apologize to him for the frustration I have taken out on him behind the 25 service visits, 18 parts ordered which includes replacing the motor 4 times and the need that Sears/Conn's don't want to give me a replacement. Sears/Conn's dosn't want to own up to the fact the Kenmore Refrigerators are a piece of junk.

LG sets up appointment with A&E factory to access my refrigerator. 2 weeks later a tech comes an says you need a new compressor orders parts and gives appointment for repairs 7/7/2021, my parts have been delivered within a week of the 1st tech coming. 7/7/2021 repair person does not show up says no one was home and closes out my ticket. Mind you I stayed home from work to wait on him. Now A&E tells me I have to call LG again to set up another appointment for repairs because the tech (lied)and said he repaired my refrigerator when he originally said No one was home. LG now they can't put in another ticket until after 24 hours of the "completed job" which was never completed. I've been without a refrigerator for almost a month now, so finally 7/14/2021 another tech comes which happens to be the original tech to come access the refrigerator in June but he's only here to access again for the same thing he already said, the compressor is out. Go figure. He was nice enough and had a heart and went on and fixed the refrigerator which runs and sounds better then the day we got it. The person that lied needs serious reprimand but that's the people a&e employ, liers. Says alot about a&e!

It should not take a month to get a service call for your refrigerator. Then they canceled an appointment after I took off work. When a tech finally showed up, they were knowledgeable.
