Mike always responds quickly to our request for service. He works hard and solves the problem. This is our third time using Mike and he has helped us with our stove, our refrigerator, and our dryer.

Nope, would not use again. Mike was responsive and came over to repair our ice maker, which was not working. Before he left he said to give him a call if it didn't work properly (the ice maker needed time to make the ice). A few hours later I let him know that the ice maker was making very small ice cubes, but also water was leaking out of the front of the refrigerator, and he told me to wait until tomorrow (HUH?). So we turned off the ice maker to avoid water all over the floor. The next day my husband let him know that we discovered when the ice maker fills with water, that water also comes out of the front water dispenser. He told my husband that he needed to do some research, and then texted him a link to a part that we could buy on eBay, "If we wanted to try that". This gave us the impression that he didn't know how to proceed with fixing it, and that he had no interest in coming back to try to fix the problem. He took our $305 dollars and didn't look back. Not recommended!

Appliance rescue just fixed my refrigerator/freezer. They were on time polite and fast but most of all they did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves. Very nice gentleman and son. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 🌟.

I cannot say enough good things about Appliance Rescue. I woke up to a refrigerator not working and they were able to have someone come out that morning to look at it. Everything about my experience was excellent; from the customer service I received when I called to the completion of my repair. Fernando was respectful and professional. He explained the problem, fixed it and was on his way within 15 minutes. The cost was reasonable as well. Considering I had to pick a repair service at the spur of the moment and without a lot of information I am happy to have discovered Appliance Rescue and will use them again. Highly recommended.

We have used Appliance Rescue Services for the past 6-7 years, on about 4 -5 different occasions. We replaced water lines, water tank, door stopper and switchboard on our 19 year old GE Monogram refrigerator, replaced a bent hinge on our Viking oven which was causing it to snap upon closing and the control plate; Also replaced the rotating plate on our Bosch microwave. The diagnostics are always spot-on, and everything is fixed the first time. Always on time, Excellent service.
