Our refrigerator went out on Saturday night. Alaska was the fastest to respond and sent Dago out Monday, 2 days before anyone else could come out. He was very detailed in explaining all of the possible issues and outcomes, and what each wouldn't require to repair. After all, he was able to repair it for the lowest cost of all options. Dago was very professional and clearly experienced. Would use them again and recommend.
