At that point, I figured it was a lost cause and began looking for a used fridge. That’s when I stumbled across Cordaryl with Electronics Surgeon online. He actually had a fridge for sale, but instead of pushing me to buy it, he suggested I try his video call service to fix my current fridge first. Honestly, I was skeptical, but I gave it a shot—and I’m so glad I did! He was incredibly patient, walking me through every step of the repair. Together, we fixed the problem! He even checked in throughout the day and the next day to make sure the fridge and freezer were holding the right temperatures. He assured me that if anything else came up, I could reach out anytime. I can’t stress enough how easy, friendly, and cost-effective this service was. I was about to spend hundreds on a new fridge, but instead, we fixed the one I had for a fraction of the cost. We have a 5 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator with a lot of bells and whistles. It has had several issues during that time and we have used other repair services that we have not been very satisfied with. As a child of the 80s, I saw “Sears appliance repair” online and knew I would get quality services. I was right. Both the diagnostic technician and the repair technician were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. I would highly recommend.

Bought a LG refrigerator in 2020. Was told it was brand new scratch and dent. Need less to say after the delivery and set up. Ice despenser wasn't working someone came out did adjustment. It started making a minimal amount of ice. A year after warranty, still a few cubes and making a buzzing sound. The owner charged me $80 to come out and check, adjusted something in the back said it was fine. Not even a year after,woke up to freezer contents completely defrosted and upper refrigerator barely cool. He sent a guy out,only for them to tell me the compressor and a small computer isn'tworking. His solution was to pack the contents and bring to his store,until someone could come out on Monday to assess the repairs and cost,which would've been the price of a brand new fridge. I lost 2 construction bags of groceries. Had to purchase a brand new refrigerator that same Saturday. Basically I was sold a used refrigerator that he claimed was brand new. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from there ever. That 1000.00 purchase could've been made at a more reputable appliance store. Had he been truthful. So much for me supporting local businesses.

Very informative experience, from measuring properly and other requirements for different appliances. Delivery guys were professional and efficient, in and out. Almonte appliance Happy with my refrigerator. A little hiccup in the first attempt. But it all worked out. My advice is Save your receipt. And if you have a problem call him up. But be chill. I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to make a difference. I always want to read an honest review. So here is mine . Mister Almonte is a business man. Rough around the edges but also is about leaving a good impression behind his business. Things happen. I almost lost my cool. But I was reminded of the saying you get more bees with honey. He remedied my little dilemma and replaced my refrigerator with in 24 hours. Who stays in business this long if he wasn’t an upright business man. I recommend his business. Just communicate properly.
