A few weeks ago, I asked my brother who he used for washer, dryer, refrigerator/freezer repair. He told me Tim Ramos was great and I agree! When I called him he said he could come in a few days! Perfect timing! His price was also very reasonable. My appliances are 23 years old & I did not want to purchase new appliances. They don't last as long as my "oldie goldies"! The appliance was a small under counter refrigerator and ice maker. This Appliance Service has been our savior for many years--through many kinds of appliances and they are always prompt, capable and very nice. I could not recommend them more highly.

Unfortunately the cost to repair the freezer would be as much or more than buying a new refrigerator. The technician explained the part that needed replacement and was very helpful with suggestions and providing me with the dimensions needed when choosing a new refrigerator.

I would highly recommend Mr. Brown for fridge repair. He called me back within 15 mins of leaving a voicemail. He was able to come out same day to repair my 20+ yr. old Kenmore refrigerator at a reasonable price.

Reached out to Mr Brown and got his voicemail. He was quick to respond back. Ask him to come take a look at a refrigerator in a rental property. He arrived on time when he said he would be there. He ran a couple of diagnostic tests to determine if he was able to repair or not. He was honest and let me know that it was not worth making the repairs on this particular refrigerator. He made a couple of suggestions of possible places to buy a new one that would save me money. Mr Brown is very knowledgeable, and very pleasant gentleman to work with. I would highly recommend using him.

Mr Brown was awesome came out to look at my ice maker and had to order a part that day, came back and installed the new part and made sure the part was working and unfroze my line as well as clean my bottom of my refrigerator. Mr. Brown arrived on time to check out my refrigerator. I also presented him with another problem that he took the time to show me a quick fix until he could order a part. He came back a second time and replaced the part in the ice maker. He had ordered a part for the other problem but after cleaning the coils, he felt I didn’t need to replace the board. He took the time to show me how to clean them myself and saved me a lot of money by not replacing the board! Not many people are that honest and are willing to save the customer money! I was close to being out of his work area but he made the trip out here to help me out. Very impressed with him and his work. I highly recommend him if you want a dependable and honest person repairing your appliances!

Fantastic service! Fixed my vintage refrigerator quickly and cost effective!

My refrigerator quit cooling and was making a loud noise. I called on a Monday and they sent someone out Tuesday morning. They quickly found the issue, got me a quote, ordered the part, and came back to fix on Friday. Very professional, fast, and best part the appliance is fixed! I'll use them again in the future.

Refrigerator repair. Repair delayed twice due to COVID and then part order delay. When they did come out charged service call only to compensate for delays. Grateful for their consideration.

The loss of a refrigerator is never timely.. But the timely response of the service man and parts to repair/replace the broken one was great.

Two service man came to service my refrigerator. They were very professional and brief. They referred me to my manufacture for warranty. I appreciate the work they did.
