I just "knew" that my ailing refrigerator would need to be replaced; however, as usual with Neighborhood Appliance Repair they treated me with respect and took the time to discern the problem. I just needed my refrigerator to be repaired! The service rep, Jeff, was efficient and quick and very informative. It cost us a mere fraction of a new refrigerator and it works better than it ever has. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that I had a refrigerator full of rotting food and Jeff came to our rescue at 8:45pm after he had worked all day. I can not say enough great things about Neighborhood Appliance Repair. You see, Jeff wasn't scheduled to come to Cranston to repair our fridge, but, Neighborhood had promised us that they would fix the fridge that day and as Jeff said, "A promise is a promise."

Neighborhood Appliance Repair Co has been to my house numerous times for various stove, refrigerator and washing machine repairs. They are the only ones I've used for a number of years. I will trust Merki in particular with any repair call he responds to.

Jackie knows her business well and does a great job. I first had her out to see what was wrong with a dryer. I was so impressed I called her to find out what was wrong with my refrigerator. Everything was done in a courteous and professional manner. My fridge will live to see another day!

God's Hands appliance repair did an amazing job fixing our refrigerator. We had a leak in the sealed refrigeration system of our Electrolux refrigerator, which can be an extremely expensive and difficult problem to diagnose and fix correctly. I contacted more than 7 different major appliance repair companies in our area to try and get this fixed. Several did not answer the phone or ever return my calls, a couple were only taking work from existing customers, others told me they only have a single technician who can work on sealed systems, so they are booking months in advance, and others quoted me extremely high prices, even $3000. I realize God's Hands is a smaller company, which is why I contacted them last, but they had a friendly agent answer the phone (that alone is a big improvement over most of the companies I called), and they scheduled someone to come out quickly. When he came (I believe it was the owner's son), he confirmed it was a sealed system leak and identified the component, and after ordering the replacement component and installing it, we have not had a single issue and it's running great. All sealed system repairs will be pricey, but their price was fair, and significantly lower than what the other companies that would actually give me a quote told me. I will definitely contact them again for any future appliance issues.

Very happy with the whole appliance repair experience! Brian was in our home to repair a refrigerator twice (two separate issues) and also help with a failing clothes washer. Very professional and experienced repair man. Had Brian back for yet another repair on an appliance and I am so grateful for his experience. He has so much experience with many different brands he was able to diagnose and repair our appliance and saved us thousands of dollars by not having to replace it with a new one!

The name of this company says it all.. After dealing with numerous issues from a fridge less than months old and being blown off by 2 other appliance companies, I felt like my prayers were literally answered when I found this company! I was so impressed with Brian from the moment he arrived. He was incredibly respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He literally had the patience of a Saint! I was so overwhelmed by my new refrigerator's many issues that I let my stress spill over onto him when he arrived, but he stayed cool as a cucumber. He kept a calm head and his peaceful demeanor helped calm me down. He took his time and explained everything to me, he answered all my questions and even gave me a lesson on how to take care of my fridge to prevent future issues.
