This is a locally, family owned business. Shawn, with a wealth of experience, came to fix our refrigerator/ freezer that had a variety of issues. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues and replaced a broken ice dispenser on the spot. Shawn was very personable and professional. He took the time to provide insight into the problems and how they began in the first place. After he left, the new ice dispenser did not function properly. Shawn came back to our house in a short period of time, diagnosed the issue (wouldn't have known about it at time of installation) and fixed it free of charge. The costs were reasonable and the service charge was included in the repair/labor fees. I highly recommend this service and Shawn!

If I could give more stars I would. I was scammed by a different company that left my already broken refrigerator in an even worse shape. After calling and setting up an appointment, Shawn responded to my house the very next day and fixed my refrigerator. Very very very polite and professional!!

I’ve been in my home for over 45 years Beach Appliance Service LLC is one of the best if not “the “ best service provider I have ever had.. They were recommended by a neighbor. When I called to arrange for them to come and address a problem I was having with the ice maker In my refrigerator, the office manager was very cordial, informative & professional and able to arranged a service call at my convenience. When Shawn arrived 3 days later , he was the same friendly & efficient .He immediately was able to recognize the problem and correct it in a timely manner. He had a professional manner that was so reassuring. I would not hesitate to call them again . The cost was reasonable .!!!!! In this world today it’s not often you can use the word exceptional ,but the service this company provided would meet that criteria . .

Beach Appliance repair was top notch. they took the information and Shawn had an idea what would be needed for the repair and brought it with him. Very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. He had my refrigerator back up and running in about an hour at a very reasonable price. highly recommend

This is the second time I have hired Daryl to fix an appliance. A few months back, it was my clothes dryer. This time, it was my refrigerator. I am very satisfied with his work. He’s professional and returns your calls or texts within a reasonable amount of time. He also often works into the early evening and Saturdays if you have a tight schedule. He is my go-to guy for any future appliance issue I may have.

I called Brothers Appliance Repair after reading so many positive reviews and I am glad I did. Darryl returned my call promptly and I advised him of the issue with my refridgerator not cooling. We setup an appointment and he arrived the next day. He came to my home on time and did a diagnostic of the problem. Darryl new what the issue was right away and explained the problem and what part was needed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised what the cost would be which was reasonable. He came back when the part came in and installed it without any issues. My refrigerator is working perfectly. If you need your appliance repaired I would highly recommend Brothers Appliance Repar. I can only share my experience, but I would avoid attempting to business with Darryl and the Brothers Appliance entity. i contacted Darryl in early August to repair a broken ice-maker in my refrigerator. Darryl is slow to respond, and actually does not respond to 2/3 of the attempts to contact him. At best he is poorly organized; at worst irresponsible. He did offer to come out for a $99 diagnostic, but he gave me two possible days and ignored every request I made for him to specify a singe day, morning or afternoon. He did call 20 minutes before arriving; I guess he expects everyone to sit at home and wait for him to decide to show. When he did arrive, he appeared technically capably and told me the only thing he could find was a malfunctioning $299 display part, but he was not sure this was the problem. He recommended I just buy a new refrigerator, which I thought odd (refrigerators are very expensive and mine works fine except the ice maker does not work). I approved his request to order the part and perform the installation. He then ignored me for three weeks. When he did respond he claimed to have order the part, which arrived broken, and reordered the part (which he had just received). Again he specified two possible days to do the work, but would not specify which day or morning or afternoon. He seemed to expect I had nothing better to do than wait two days to see if he would show up. He DID NOT SHOW up. At the end of the second day he specified I asked him if he was coming and he said "no, I have to attend a family funeral." I offered my condolences and said I would be happy to wait a week (now early September). I began attempting to contact him via text and E-mail after that week, asking for a time to perform the installation. He failed to replay for two weeks. When he did reply, he stated he would be happy to install the part when I (not he) received it. When I reminded Darryl and quoted his own text that he had already received the part, he refused to answer. It is was then end of September, and i sent a request to him asked if he had ever ordered the part and if he ever intended to continue my Service. I can only say I was patient and kind in every communication with 'Darryl and I have the E-mails and texts to prove it. Again he failed to respond. It had now been two months and I have written off the $99 as a hard lesson and moved on to a much more responsible repair person. I hope you have better luck, but based on my experience, I would recommending avoiding doing business his him or is company.

Daryl did an excellent job changing out an evaporator coil for us. The changeout was quite involved and he handled it smoothly. He has proven to be a guru for refrigerators and his service is top notch. Thanks again Daryl for the repair and also all the refrigerator advice.

I have had a few appliance repairs done by Brothers Appliance Repair at my home and office, but most recently I purchased a refurbished deep freezer and refrigerator for garage use. There was an issue with the refrigerator, Daryl brought a temporary refrigerator back the same night (And this was the night they were calling for snow around 10pm). A day later, he returned with another refrigerator to replace the one I had purchased, and this one was better and more expensive than the original...He didn't even change the price we agreed upon. I recommend Brothers Appliance Repair for a number of reasons, but mostly because they Stand behind their work/product.

Updating: I had another repair company out here to look at my fridge. The door needed to be replaced. I specifically asked Mr. Burrows about this (had seen online that is the common fix for the issue) and he said no, there's a part in the door that can just be replaced. This was not the case as it's not how the fridge is set up. I truly believe this guy just wanted to get the intital service fee, there was no part on back order, and he had no idea what he was doing with my fridge repair. Communication is seriously lacking with this company and I'm pretty sure they just want that initial fee. I had them out to look at my refrigerator, which went ok.While here Jason did unplug the ice flap so it would stop opening and closing. A part was needed and when he called me to tell me the price before proceeding and he said it would be 7-10 days. He was also supposed to look into the error codes and let me know if there was a way to correct them before getting the part, that never happened. I waited two weeks (business days) and when I didn't hear anything I called to ask for an update to be told the part was on back order. Totally fine, but they could have a least told me. I waited another month or so and called again for an update. The lady who answered said she didn't know and would have Jason call me. He didn't. I got a text saying the part was still out of stock. Fine. I called again recently to ask what the part # was because I wanted to call Samsung. The lady answering their phones didn't know but gave me Jason's number to ask. I left a VM and still haven't heard back.

Mr. Burrows was polite, timely and had us back in business with our refrigerator in no time....I,d recommend him to anyone..

Pungo Appliance was the only company I found with the expertise to handle the sophisticated repair on my built in KitchenAid refrigerator. Jake handled all aspects of the work personally and provided all of the documentation I needed to get reimbursed by my home warranty company. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I paid $1200 to replace the compressor on my refrigerator...it worked for week..he told me I had a 1 year warranty ..but would not answer the phone and⁵ voice mail is always full. I Finally after months of trying got in touch with him he told me he would be by the next day the next day to see what was wrong and never showed up... Now he won't answer the phone and of course voicemail is full again... I guess I have to take him to court... Stay away from this company !!
