My refrigerator was on the fritz. Doc's Appliance Service was recommended to me by a family member. Now I am recommending Doc's to everyone. James came out, knew what was wrong with it and my refrigerator was up and running in less than a week. James did an outstanding job! Thank you James and Doc's!!

Docs showed up for my LG Refrigerator that wasn’t cooling. They completely lied saying that it needed a “complete rebuild” costing 2600.00. The tech said it need a ton of parts for about 6 hours of repair. It’s a 2019 refrigerator. They lied. They changed 105.00 to even look at it. LG fixed it in 1 hour under the extended warranty. It was the compressor. Really hate liars.

We contracted Doc’s in February of this year to replace a freezer drawer on a refrigerator. The repair person removed the existing freezer drawer and installed the new one as well as the new seal. Upon completion the repair person was left with 2 pieces of plastic “that he didn’t know where they went”. He stated that since the drawer shuts fine it should be okay and if it isn’t to call back and they’ll take care of it. Fast forward a few months and the freezer itself is having major ice buildup along the walls as the seal was not installed properly. After speaking with Doc’s they charged an additional $105 service charge to return and complete the job properly. We purchased the drawer from them as well as paid for the service personnel to replace properly in the first place. They did not do their job properly and instead of fixing it free of charge as they have already been paid for the work, they charged another $105. Unfortunate and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend. Thank you for your reply. Correct after a few short months of your technician changing the seal, it failed. As you stated it needed an adjustment. I am not exactly sure how a drawer could be “closed, improperly” or how the fridge being “bumped” could affect the seal. But what I do know is that your technician spent all of five minutes “fixing” it. I guess the fridge was just lightly “bumped”…

I have a refrigerator that was making some crazy loud noises, it sounded like a propeller airplane taking off. My fridge was just barely within the warranty period, but I wanted to get an independent diagnosis before subjecting myself to the warranty repair process. Doc's Appliance Service came out and gave our fridge a very thorough inspection and diagnosed a serious repair issue. Armed with Doc's expert diagnosis, I was able to ensure that the warranty repair was done correctly without cutting any corners. In the future, I will definitely call Doc's for any home appliance repair issues. They are fast, friendly, and delivered expert results.
