Brian is amazing and provides 10/10 service!! Last night I noticed my refrigerator/freezer was no longer cold and was leaking EVERYWHERE. I was hopeful that I had just left the door open, and that it would resolve its self by morning-- unfortunately that was not the case. I called Cox Appliance Service first thing and Brian was able to fit me in to his schedule within just a few hours and he fixed the fridge for a great price! Amazing service! My refigerator stopped cooling on Tuesday morning, I asked for recommendations in my neighborhood. All of the recommendations either had bad phone numbers, were on vacation, or just simply didn't return my call. This morning I looked at Google and it pulled up Cox Appliance Service. I called Brian and he came the same day and fixed my refrigerator while he was here. So grateful to him!!

Brian came to service a faulty ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator. He was able to do the service call same-day. Thanks to his knowledge, we were able to have it repaired by the manufacturer at no cost. Will absolutely call Cox Appliance Service next time we have an appliance repair need.

Responded within a day, took 10 minutes to see what the problem was, ordered a part, and returned three days later to repair the refrigerator. Very happy in his promptness, for his knowledge to repair, and his taking separate calls to assure that refrigerator needed time to return to normal freezer and refrigerator numbers. We wouldn't have anyone but CJ Appliance Repair take care of our appliance repairs. Colby, Jimmy and Dustin have all been involved in some major repairs for us, including complete rebuild of a Sub-Zero refrigerator. First the freezer side a few years ago, and most recently the refrigerator side. Even though the Sub-Zero was over 35 years old, we appreciated that they could rebuild it and save us the big expense of replacing it. They've also done repairs on our dryer and appliances at a rental property. Hannah is on top of scheduling and we always have a quick response when we need something done. All of the work is explained and everyone is super nice and has good communication about what to expect, and when they're coming. They know what they're doing and are the best at what they do!

Once again, Levi was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator and how it works. He is the best refrigerator guy I know!

Our refrigerator wasn’t working and he came in and knew exactly what to do. He needed to order a part and as soon as it was in he came in and replaced it. Honestly just a really great experience. We recently purchased a high-end refrigerator with lots of electronics, bells & whistles. A couple months after the purchase, we bought a new home and needed to move the refrigerator. None of the movers I talked to wanted to deal with this refrigerator that need to be partially disassembled to get it out of the current home. The appliance retailer suggested calling Aaron at Mosley Appliance Repair. Aaron agreed to handle the disassembly at the old location and re-assembly after the move to new location. Great communication throughout the process, always punctual, more than willing to answer questions & provide necessary insight. Very responsive to the original request to come view the unit for repair. Unfortunately it needed replacement. Part was ordered, shipped and installed in less than 5 working days. Technician was on time, uniformed and professional. All notifications were via email & text so no confusion on time of installation. I would highly recommend this company for any repair work that you may need for your refrigerator.

I recently bought a refrigerator from them. I had it for one day and sent it back. Because it wasn't cooling and they brought me another. I had the refrigerator just long enough for the 90 day labor warranty to run out. The freezer went out of the refrigerator!! I had them come and work on it. They charged me $130 dollars to fix it. Yes they give me the little $20 part. I think their products are trash and I got ripped off!! I will never buy anything else from them again. BEWARE PEOPLE; THEIR APPLIANCES ARE JUNK!!

Drain was plugged in freezer causing ice and water to spill out on the floor. Jason unplugged the drain cleaned up the refrigerator. Did a terrific job. I would recommend Jason and his company to anyone who might have a problem with their appliances and or TVs.

Thomas came by today to help save my refrigerator. He did an excellent job and had it back up running within an hour. He explained to me what he was doing. We have used A1 Appliance Service over the past 10 years. Brian has been the repair technician we've most often used, and we will continue to ask for him again. From our description of the 'fridge problem, Brian purchased the replacement control board prior to his arrival. I made the appointment at about 9:00 am and Brian arrived about 12:45 pm. He made the repair in under 20 minutes. Our questions were thoroughly answered and the refrigerator started working immediately. So glad Brian and A1 Appliance Service is here to handle our repair needs.

My refrigerator water was coming out slowly. The repairman did not give an estimate. He proceeded to replace my $50 filter i had recently replaced with an identical one. Then he spent about an hour replacing another part. Total parts $195... Service charge and labor? $245! Who adds the service charge instead of crediting it towards labor? Sorry, but your skills aren't worth that price and I didn't need a new filter. Oh, and the water? Barely any faster after $450. Follow up. A short time later, it started leaking where he repaired it. It's a very slow drip at the top inside.. We put a bowl in to catch it. A couple months later, the water caused the lights to stop working at the top.

The owner and his employee came to my home to look at my refrigerator, needed a part that cost $280.00 and I trusted them, one of them was on a motorcycle and other in a truck, they took my money and I never seen either again !!!

I gave them 1 star because I could not choose no star. I initially had a repair guy to my house to diagnose my fridge that was hit by lightening on June 9th. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. I ended up having to call them about 2 weeks later to inquire about the part. I was told that the part was in and that I would be put on the schedule. On June 25th, a different service guy came out to install the new part and after removing items from my fridge, he apologized that he had me remove the items unnecessarily. By this time the humming noise that was coming from the fridge had stopped and ice was beginning to build up in the fridge. Upon seeing this the service guy said he had to now order a different part. I called the office on July 7th to inquire about the part and was told the part came in that day! How ironic..Up to this point we have been very patient with this company who I have used in the past. However, after asking when will someone come to install new part, she replied that it will be the next day Thursday or Friday when they will come to do the install. I replied that after all this time that it would be great if they can come the next day, Thursday. It’s now 10:34 am on Friday and I haven’t heard from anyone about when the part will be installed. Very unprofessional in my opinion and this will be the last time I use this company. I don’t usually leave comments about my experience with a company but I feel obligated to do so.

Horrible service, every time they come to figure out what is wrong with the refrigerator, they say they don’t know what to do, then they order a part that they think it might work we wait for the part for ever, and then finally they come they change it and nothing. The lady who answered the phone gets mad for not knowing what is wrong with the refrigerator (I’m not a technician, I just know that is not making ice and cooling) she wants to know why? Me too? She supposed to be helping but she just gets mad. I am the one that have been with out a refrigerator for more than 6 months, with same issue since they started coming. The technician that comes each time they don’t have no clue what was the issue from last time, it seems that they don’t make notes. Not happy.

Super group, from the person answering the phone to the very nice, knowledgable, professional person who came to repair our refrigerator. He guided and directed us and repaired our refrigerator. We will call them if we need other appliances repaired. 😊

Extremely disappointed in their service! We have an LG refrigerator bought from Hahn Appliance in Tulsa. The ice maker started leaking in the ice tray creating a huge frozen chunk. We called LG and Hahn Appliance to get help with service and both recommended Shelton Quality Service. The technician was unable to perform a repair and insisted a ice maker replacement would do the job. Paid over $400 including first trip service charge. Less then 90 DAYS LATER ice maker started leaking just as bad again. Called to request a return service trip and was told they just decided to no longer service LG products and refused to honor a warranty of parts and labor even though they recommended the part replacement. Quite frankly I've never experienced a company who refused to back their work so soon after install. Do not recommend at all. Total lack of of quality customer service. Other companies back their work to earn your business.

I am convinced I have a lemon Whirlpool refrigerator purchased from Lowes. 6 months after purchase a major component went out and Shelton came for repair. Repair done, and then compressor went out. Shelton then again repaired it, and wouldn't you know ANOTHER problem! Control board was then replaced. Each time I have contacted Shelton's they are speedy with response and have helped with navigating warranty repairs. Whirlpool refuses to replace the piece of junk refrigerator, I have lost hundreds of dollars in food, it's been the worst appliance I have ever owned. Only good to come from it is Shelton and his service. He literally came back to my house daily for a week due to the faulty refrigerator trying to get it taken care of since Whirlpool did not care and still don't care. I will use him for ALL appliance repairs needed for as long as he is in business!

I was having trouble with my ice maker on an old LG side by side. J.D. told me that although LG still makes the valves, they no longer makes the ice maker. But they are still made by after market manufacturers. Because Shelton does warranty work, they cannot install any parts that are not from the manufacturer but he recommended someone that could. He also made sure that I had the parts numbers to get the right ones if I decided to go that way. He also gave me some advice on what to look for in a new refrigerator and how to get more out of my Maytag washing machine. The honest assessment & advice was well worth the service fee. Thank you JD.
