This is the worst warranty I've ever seen! New refrigerator 4 months old and we are 16 days out no refrigerator because they cannot get what we need to fix it, brand new refrigerator Whirlpool!!! Just called and said 5 more says to fix it. They have the compresser and can't get anyone here to put it on???? Bring us the part and we will do it. They need to cancel someone else's apt and get this done. Living out of a cooler for this long after paying top dollar for a new Whirlpool refrigerator.

I have now used this company twice to repair my 20-year-old Sub-Zero refrigerator / freezer, and they have been extremely responsive, honest, and timely--can't ask for anything more. Since the unit is very expensive it was great that we didn't have to replace it and found a company that doesn't charge more just because we own that brand. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. ITS BAD ENOUGH YOU CAN BUY A NEW WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE FOR OVER THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR IT TO BREAK IN 4 MONTHS , THEN WAIT FOR THE REPAIR COMPANY THEY ASSIGNED TO FIX IT. AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING FOR THEM TO COME OUT, I HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY AND HEAR THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS DUE TO THE ONE REPAIRMAN WHO WORKS THERE HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY. SO IVE BEEN WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR GOING TWO MONTHS. WHEN I HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY MYSELF TO QUESTION IF THE REPAIR MAN WAS STILL COMING, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE BETTER IF "I FOUND A DIFFERENT PERSON TO COME OUT AND PAY OUT OF POCKET" I LITERALLY HAD TO JUST LAUGH AT HOW BAD THIS HAS BEEN. TODAY I AM SCHEDULED FOR MY TIME SLOT OF 10AM-2PM. CRAZY ITS 1:35PM THE DAY OF AND ONCE AGAIN NO CALL NO SHOW. SECOND TIME I TOOK WORK OFF TO BE AVAILABLE FROM 10-2PM. NO FOOD IN A HOUSE GOING ON TWO MONTHS
