Hello, 1/2 of our refrigerator was warm and the deli and vegetable/fruit drawers were freezing items. Filled out the online appt form on a Sunday. Monday someone called me promptly and set up an appt for Tuesday. Craig came and was very professional and friendly. He replaced the fan in no time at all. We really appreciated how quickly Ace Appliance was able to service our refrigerator. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Capacitor replaced, refrigerant topped off, and air conditioner came back to life!. It's an old unit inherited with a home sale, but when we tried it in the heat, it just growled and quit!. So we called ACE... And they DID "fix it right away!". Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. Great relief!. Could've been a whole bunch more money...

Called because my GE refrigerator was warm in the fridge but cooling fine in the freezer and lower corner of the fridge. ACE came out and quickly replaced a blower that circulates the air. About 30 mins later my fridge was working like it used to.

Our refrigerator started making a chirping sound. At first we thought the chirp was caused by an animal somehow caught in it. Ace sent out Kraig M to check it out. As with most things, you figure the weird sound won't happen when the service tech arrives. But, lo, and behold, Kraig opened the fridge door and it began the chirp. Thus, we were assured we hadn't imagined the whole thing. Kraig diagnosed that the compressor motor's bearings were going out. It'll be repaired thanks to Kraig's thorough exam. Kraig was pleasant, friendly and took the time to explain what was happening. He ordered the part and will be back to complete the repair. It's really nice when people meet service techs like Kraig.

Second time using Ace Appliance for a refrigerator repair. Appointment times were quick and convenient, great service!

Our refrigerator was not holding temperature and we called Ace Appliance in the morning and they were out by the end of the same day. The repair person was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and even gave suggestions on how to better care for our model refrigerator. We were very pleased with all aspects of the service, from start to finish.

I had a Frigidaire refrigerator that needed servicing. A young man name. Carl came out, and I thought he was just absolutely wonderful professional got all the work done. I was so happy it’s been along time since I’ve been less happy.

Thomas diagnosed the problem after a misdiagnosis regarding our freezer and replaced a couple parts, he is very polite and customer service friendly and has many years of experience and knowledge, I would highly recommend Thomas for any freezer or refrigerator repair. Thank you.

It took many visits but the technicians never gave up. They were very determined to get my refrigerator working. It is working wonderful now!

Update: I want to affirm my five star review from two years ago: Dylan came out to repair our range, and did an excellent job at under the quoted price. Dave Smith continues to provide excellent repair service at reasonable prices. Customer service and communication is excellent as well (esp. Barb in the front office). Every once in awhile you encounter a service business that combines the qualities of professionalism, honesty, punctuality, knowledge, and outstanding customer service--and Dave Smith Appliance is one of those businesses. We have had a few problems with our new Whirlpool refrigerator, and Dave Smith's company has addressed each of these issues with: a) quick response to email inquiries--often answered by the owner himself; b) service appointments scheduled promptly; c) skilled, well trained technicians who properly diagnoses and resolve problems. Example 1: One technician determined from his research that even though my refrigerator had been recently built, the company had already updated its control box; thus he ordered one under warranty for installation. Example 2: I emailed Dave (owner) to ask whether the cold spot in the top center of my refrigerator (which was freezing vinegar and water bottles) was expectable since the air control valve was there. Most repair shops would have said "yes" to avoid a warranty service call. However, Dave was most concerned with making sure that everything was just right, and said that he would be glad to send a technician out. In sum, I highly recommend Dave Smith Appliance Services.
