Highly recommend! Our refrigerator's ice maker quit working, and I searched for an appliance repair service to call. I feel SO fortunate that I landed on J & M Appliance Services. Mark was professional, personable, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. He ordered the part, came back and repaired the ice maker, and while he was at it, he fixed the ice dispenser that hadn't worked in ages and the drain that kept causing the refrigerator to leak. His price was very reasonable, and his knowledge and expertise were impressive. So glad I found J & M Appliance Services.

Oh My, This guy was amazing. He was on time, which was great for me cause I had to get off from work. My refrigerator had the common problem clogged drain. This guy showed me how to remove the drain and clean it out. So, the next time I can do it myself. And I thank you. I would recommend him

Mark came and repaired my dryer and refrigerator in unless than an hour. He made the repairs while we were working from home. Efficient. Quiet. Professional and above all, very respectful.

Our fridge wasn’t cooling just right freezer was working just fine. I called them Wed morning just by telling them that they knew what was wrong. They checked for the part and happen to have one in town and by Wed at 2:00 he had our fridge fixed and running perfectly.

Very informative young man, he fixed the bad instillation of the freezer door handle, that fell off freezer door just 17 days after New Refrigerator was delivered and set up. He even frond the clips that were broken during installation at a local warehouses, drove across town, came back with new clips and installed them properly 👏👏👏 Will use them again if new !!!!👍👏👏

After an unsatisfying experience with a local appliance repair service who simply recommended buying a new refridgerator, we called Lg's Customer Service to recommend a local certified Lg refrigerator repair service. Quick is the one they recommended and set an appointment for. Quick came the next day, found the problem and replaced the dryer unit. In just a couple of hours the fridgerator was at normal operational temps. Quick will be our refridgerator service provider from here on.

I bought a house down the street and needed a stove. Because of my work schedule time was tricky, but I walked in and in less than 20 minutes was the owner of a very clean used oven, and they were even willing to stay open a little late so I could come back later and pick it up after work. My refrigerator isnt working as well as I'd like and I will be heading back soon to pick up one of those as well.

My refrigerator broke down. I researched and thought I found the issue . Quick appliances not only stayed open past business hours for me walked and talked me through the part installation and any further detection and remedy of faults. Turns out the part wasn’t the issue , the compressor had gone, with the expense of replacement it was better to replace the entire unit, I called them back and they bent over backwards to find me a suitable replacement at a seriously discounted price. Additionally, even thought there delivery schedule was jam packed they managed to deliver me the new unit out of hours l, professionally installed and old unit removed. Their knowledge is exceptional and so is there service. Very polite and engaging and remained in contact throughout the whole ordeal. You won’t get this service from Home Depot or Lowes. They are now my goto appliance repair and replacement provider.

Not sure who will see this . I did call because my refrigerator stopped freezing on December 23, which is also a Saturday. Obviously not something anyone wants . The Google site said open until 2pm. The person who answered told me they’d be closed until January 2. I said “ Oh, the site said y’all were open” . In my mind not a big deal,I said I found them via Google, and I’ll keep calling until I find someone : Before I hung up, the person said “ It’s a holiday weekend”. No reason for the last part. Definitely could’ve caught that person on a bad day. It’s not a great reflection on your company. This may be a situation where an answering service would be a better solution . If it is an answering service , they’re not doing a great job .
