Our refrigerator stopped cooling over night. I reached out to Ivan at 7am and he was at our house by 11am the same day. He came and did some diagnostics and suggested it could be a few things. Our water line was clogged so that could have resulted in the fan freezing over which would impact cooling or it could be the seal system (which would be the cost of the two year old refrigerator almost). Ivan fixed the clog, the refrigerator started working again but the temperature kept going up and down. I kept in contact with Ivan the whole time and he made himself available whenever we were to come over with a thermal gun to ensure it was in fact the seal system. Long and short, it was. Ivan reached out to people he knew to inquire about a warranty that would cover the replacement part. He went above and beyond attempting to help us resolve the issue without having to pay out way too much money for a faulty part. Sadly, Frigidaire sucks, terribly, and said that they will not pay for it although they are aware it is a common problem 🙄 once I told Ivan Electrolux/frigidaires stance, he offered to help us locate a better quality fridge that would *hopefully* last a little longer than two years… and then he delivered and set it up for us. No joke, never thought I would be happy to have an appliance break but I am kinda happy for this. Next time something in my house goes out, I know who to call and not feel like I’m getting swindled or the run around. Seriously, use Ivan if you need appliance repair. He’s great.

My Whirlpool refrigerator has a water dispensor and the flow was very weak and making a noise behind the refrigerator. Ivan assessed the problem very knowledgeble, explained it to me and fixed it. The information he explained to me about the problem made sense to me and was very happy with his service. He is very friendly and has great customer service. I will refer him to my friends.

The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had all the parts needed to fix it right away. Within an hour, my fridge was working like new. My refrigerator ice maker did not work and the InstaFix repairman determined that a new one needed to be installed. After three days, still no ice so he came back and replaced the ice maker again but after three more days, still no ice. At this point, he says that it "likely needs a new board which is very expensive". He seems to have lost all interest in getting my ice maker fixed. He returns $300 of my $400 charge to me in cash and that is that. So I am out $100 and my ice maker is not fixed. I am very disappointed in the experience and would not recommend.

My fridge stopped cooling 2 days ago , glen found a part which was broken in less then 5 minutes , he had a spare part in his car and installed it also very quick , I was watching YouTube for almost 2 hours and tried to figure out the problem by myself … 0 luck , at leat I know what I paid for lol , good job Glen

A technician came out and fixed my subzero. He noticed that the last time my fridge was fixed through my warranty they used cheaper parts, so the new parts he put in were higher quality. He did an awesome, professional job, and worked very quickly. I'll definitely be going with this company again. I highly recommend them if you want fast and high-quality service.

I had to change the compressor, the prices of the refrigerator are very expensive $ 1000 more to change a compressor.

The office staff and Reagan were very responsive. They were able to fix our fridge sooner than expected and Reagan arrived with the needed parts, great customer service.

They came out to look at a non-working refrigerator. They were honest and informed us that it was not-repairable and there was no charge for coming out. Very polite. We were very greatful and appreciated their generosity. We will certainly use them again.
