Never had to work so hard to get someone to repair an appliance. Lady that answered phone did everything she could to talk me out of getting a repair. Never even asked what I was willing to pay or even mentioned the price range the repair would be in. She won, I gave up! Rather than argue with her I just bought a new refrigerator. Repaired refrigerator last Summer and dishwasher today. Very easy to make appt. Arrived on time both times. Very timely and professional. I was told that if the hinge was broken on the dishwasher I may have to replace the washer as it was permanently attached to the frame. repairman went to 3 different hardware stores to find the right rivet to attach the hinge and was able to fix the problem. Very good price, esp since I did not have to buy a new dishwasher.
