Then worked to identify and analyze the issue. Clearly communicated options for resolving the issue. Ordered a part that needed replaced and returned the next day to complete the repair. The refrigerator works like new and Mr. Seales has even followed up to ensure it is still running properly! Highly recommend the is business.

We called D with DAR to come out and clean our dryer vent and we are so thankful we did! Not only was our vent totally clogged, but once he got in the attic to assess the vent tube he was able to determine that it was not to code and a huge fire hazard!!! He was able to clean it and iscoming to correct the pipe/vent so we will be safe and sound. . We also had him check the refrigerator for an odd sound and sure enough it needed a new part that he was able to replace same day! Everyone needs a reliable appliance repair person and handyman. Max arrived on time which is a big plus for home repair. Our problem was the ice maker on an older refrigerator. The part was not available, Max found a newer model that was in his truck he fixed the problem. If the other techs are as knowledgeable and friendly as Max, I strongly recommend them.

Waking up to a defrosting freezer that is FULL and a lukewarm refrigerator is no fun!! And, on a Saturday!!! Called Mark Appliance and Repair. Not only were they open (so many weren't), they were able to come out within a couple of hours of my call - again on a Saturday nonetheless! Slava Kabatsky came out - what a NICE & knowledgeable man!! He cleaned the coils (even when you think you do a good job cleaning them yourself, you never reach all the way) and found the problem. A broken compressor relay switch. And, he had the part in the truck!! Slava saved the day!! And soo reasonably priced, waaaay cheaper than getting a new fridge. I will call Mark Appliance Repair for any appliance repairs that I need and recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair as well. Call them, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Slava!

I had an excellent experience with this company. They were able to come out quickly to figure out what was wrong with the refrigerator/freezer. Once we decided to repair it, they fixed it right away the next day. The workers were both very friendly and professional. I feel they were also reasonably priced in comparison to other companies I called. I would definitely use them again (Hopefully I won't need to!) and recommend them to anyone I know.

I called several appliance repair shops to repair my non working refrigerator but most were booked up for weeks. Mark's Appliance was able to send out a tech the next day who arrived 2 hours early. I thought that a rat had eaten through the refrigerator electrical wires but luckily that wasn't the case. The repair cost was much lower than I had expected. The tech was professional and helpful. I would definitely hire this shop again...

I have known Chris for 20 years. I'm very impressed by his abilities. He has performed multiple installations and services for my company and at my home. It is amazing that he can do all phases of heating and refrigeration. Air-conditioning or walk in freezers. 20 years ago Chris worked for me rebuilding AC lines and hoses for cars. I'm proud of his accomplishments and the professional that he is. I give him my highest recommendation.

Refrigerator gradually lost cooling. Called AACO and James visited that afternoon, assessed that the fan stopped working, ordered the part and repaired it the next available business day (Monday) afternoon. Refrigerator is back to normal temperature and working fine. Like getting a new refrigerator for half the cost.

Wow…someone actually fixed something in 2024! My refrigerator sounded like a fire alarm…my wife suggested having someone look at it….I was skeptical….but they fixed it! It was a fan in the back of the fridge…who knew? Great Job!

Was referred by Emily in the Lowe’s store. Have a new refrigerator just out of warranty with a bad water regulator. Contacted Bob / AAOC . He was at my house within two hours . When I noticed my refrigerator wasn’t cooling its contents sufficiently, a friend recommended I call American Appliance. Technician David examined it, stated it was fixable, and managed to keep it working temporarily. Replacement parts were ordered by affable and efficient Rhonda in the office. Then David returned a few days later, and completed the repair to my full satisfaction. All this during the busy time of the year between Christmas and New Year’s! I will heartily recommend American Appliance to anyone in need.

NEW refrigerator delivered by delivery company who left no paperwork or receipt. Freezer works but fridge gets no colder than 60° . Bought friDge thermometer to be sure. Called American and they wanted to know if we registered the warranty. Tech company....now we're dealing with a 3rd party. Fridge now is so loud it's hard to watch TV in the next room. Amazingly poor attitude and NO help with our $800 delimna. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Negotiated a great deal on a used refrigerator, they came promptly to deliver tge fridge and haul off several old appliances, and made a last-minute adjustment on the fridge's doors. Excellent value and service!
