I’ve used this company about 4 times now. Their techs are great, very nice and friendly and seem knowledgeable. My particular issue is with what happened today. I had someone come out to look at my fridge, which was icing over. The tech came, said it needed repair, put in refrigerant, fine. Now, my fridge has stopped cooling. I asked them to send someone out today to see why it stopped cooling. Only response they kept giving me is that they need parts for the repair and that the fridge stopped working bc it needed new parts. My fridge was cooling fine and now it isn’t, and it just happened that the parts gave out the same day I had the repair done? Make it make sense. I talked to two people, the second one hung up on me. Doesn’t seem like they’re standing behind their service if they can’t send someone out the next day to make sure it’s not a different issue that caused the fridge to stop working, but insist that they can’t do anything until parts are in. Not using them again. Beyond frustrated that they aren’t doing anything to fix this problem that doesn’t involve me paying them more.

Was originally quoted that this repair would be handled on a same day visit by the technician. 4 weeks ago, the technician came out, stated the part he needs is on back order, and will take 4 days to receive. I now receive a call that the part is back in stock (much after the 4 days I was quoted) and now it will be an additional 3 weeks just to come back out and give us the part. There has been next to zero communication, and they have lied twice now on time frames. I am a pretty understanding person, but you are dragging your feet on a refrigerator repair in the middle of the summer. It should not take months to replace a part, and if it does take months, that should be communicated immediately, not with periodic updates that are all estimates at best.

They haven't been able to fix my brand new Samsung refrigerator after two attempts and several weeks due to no parts available. On this latest attempt they sprayed water all over my kitchen that my postpartum wife had to clean up. Unacceptable!

i wish i could give a zero. i am forced to use this company with my lowes warranty service. twice a tech has been out to my house to fix my refrigerator. first time, they tell me it needs "a complete overhaul". okay, well after waiting several weeks for parts to come in, they call to notify me. then i have to wait several more weeks for the scheduled appointment. They show up, work for an hour-ish, then tell me they don't have all the parts they needed. "they did not order the one part that is needed to fix this". So I called today, to see if they could set the appointment in anticipation to receive the parts. They told me 5-7 business days for parts, so i asked if they could schedule for 10 business days out, so i do not have to go an additional month without a refrigerator. No dice. Some jargon about the warranty service and parts coming in. So likely I will be out a refrigerator for 3-4 months (or more), partly due to legal jargon and partly due to the incompetence of the first tech to identify the problem correctly.
