AJ was very responsive and able to set up a next day call for our refrigerator that was cooling on the bottom but not the top. He arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose that our fridge was not going to be able to be repaired. He had located what parts were available and what parts were not available prior to the appointment. The cost to diagnose the fridge was very reasonable and AJ was very professional. I would definitely contact AJ again for appliance repair.

My refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday and I was desperate to find a repair service. AJ returned my call immediately, was very professional, and asked all the right questions. Not only did he show up at 9:00 on Monday morning, he had already secured the right part for my (10+ year old) fridge. It was running again within the hour. Really, just about the best service experience I've ever had. The rate was fair and AJ was very transparent about costs from the very beginning. He was also great with my dog. Can't recommend highly enough.

I am 100% satisfied with the service AJ provided. He came out to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator/freezer not cooling. He took the time to talk with me beforehand and explain a known problem with LG refrigerators. He suspected this could be the problem with my refrigerator and told me he would not be able to fix it if that was the case. I decided it was worth paying the very reasonable service fee in case he could get the fridge working again. He was able to give me a next-day appointment (very important when your fridge is not working!), sent me a confirmation message the day before, texted me to let me know he was on his way, and showed up at the promised time. He was very thorough in checking everything with the fridge, and explained everything to me. Unfortunately, my fridge did have the un-fixable problem he had suspected, but I'm very glad I had him check before I threw away a large appliance if it could have been fixed. He even took the time to look at the specs of the replacement fridge I was thinking about buying, and gave me some advice about that model and new fridges in general. Overall, AJ was extremely professional and also kind. He was sympathetic to the emergency of having a major appliance fail, and did everything he could to help me get it taken care of as quickly as possible. If any other appliance in my house fails, I will definitely call him! I highly recommend Elevate Appliance Repair. This is a level of service that we just don't get from many people these days.

AJ is great! I called about our down refrigerator on Friday afternoon and he was able to get to us Saturday morning for no extra charge. He diagnosed the problem and quoted me the price. He repaired the fridge and even checked out or crazy acting dishwasher. Highly recommend!

I called Omega about an LG refrigerator that stopped cooling. It was over 5 years old and LG said it no longer was covered by warranty. Jared from Omega called me and told me the LG condenser had a 10 year warranty. When I called LG back and asked them to double-check the warranty, they corrected themselves and sent a tech, fixed it under warranty. Great recommendation from Omega.

Customer service is terrible. I need a refrigerator that is not working looked at. The refrigerator is in Woodbury I am in Texas. The person who I spoke to was upset because I don't know what is wrong with the refrigerator. He said he would maybe call me after the holiday to come see what is wrong with it. His attitude is terrible. I do not know the quality of the work, but my rule of thumb is I don't work with anybody that is rude and condescending.

I highly recommend Merit Appliance Repair!!! They scheduled me with two business days. The Technican Levert even called prior to our appointment and was on time!! Levert was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. He was able to quickly find the needed part and repair the refrigerator the sane day! Very impressive!!

I sent a contact request through the website which was not returned. I then called to inquire about repairing a refrigerator. The receptionist just said "we don't service that brand" and immediately hung up on me. I was confused because the brand is clearly listed on the website as a brand they service and I was surprised to be hung up on. *Upon further contact with Merit I was able to locate a timely email response in a junk folder. I also received an explanation on why my appliance shouldn't be repaired. I'd recommend taking the Avanti logo off the website and ask reception to be less curt. -Just a guy trying to fix a fridge.

Super accommodating. I called looking for a used refrigerator. They that had a number to choose from and then even worked a deal on one that came in off the truck 😊 They had me on the schedule to deliver it and pick up the old one in just a few days. The ladies on the showroom floor were awesome, and everything's good in the neighborhood. I look forward to doing more business with them again soon!

Best appliance buying experience so far. Bought a frigidaire refrigerator from these guys about 5 years ago and it's still working great! Also our dryer went out over the weekend and all the new stores were out of stock. Went to Shorties and found a great LG dryer which is basically brand new. Was able to take it home and get it up and running immediately. The staff is very friendly and also super knowledgeable about all the makes and models, pros / cons, and also service considerations and long term durability. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be purchasing from them again!.

My experiences with Shortie's staff have been very humbling, and everyone has a great sense of humor. The two gentlemen who delivered my sister's refrigerator were very polite, accomodating, fast, and gave great advice (I wish I could remember their names). And, their service technician Stacy was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and honest when we needed someone to assess our broken washer, saving us time and money. Their appliances, services, and deliveries have also been affordable.

Nice to get assistance when we went looking for a refrigerator. Unfortunately they didn't have the one we wanted in stock. They ordered it for us and will deliver it as soon as it comes. Confident that when delivery is scheduled, it will come. Always had good luck buying appliances here. Paid about the same price as other places.

We had to replace our refrigerator. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on whether add-ons were worthwhile or not. For installation we got a 3-hour window the afternoon before delivery day, then the day of delivery we got 30-minute and 10-minute fees along with a call to say they were here. Installers were in and out within 30 minutes, taking our old fridge with them. Great service throughout!

Where do I begin…let me first say that at least one technician that came to my house was semi helpful. But if not for the first not doing his job the next months of frustration would not have happened. I bought a fridge from sears in 2016 and it stopped working. I called sears home services and a technician came out. Without actually doing anything he diagnosed it as a compressor. Apparently because that’s the most common issue? Anyway he proceeded to order $600 in parts. Two weeks later the parts arrived at my house and so did the next technician. He went to do the repair and as soon as he actually took the back off the refrigerator he said it’s not the compressor and I can’t fix it. Order a new fridge. He wrote up the refund order and left. At this point I was without a fridge for 3 weeks. A month went by without a refund and I called. They indicated the refund was being processed. Another month and I called sears again. Same story. It’s now been 4 months and several calls and I’ve yet to get my money back. Seriously I wish I never did business with this group. I filed a BBB complaint. I don’t know what else to do.

Placed a service call on a refrigerator. Had to prepay. Waited 2 weeks for a part. A different service guy came, opened tge package and said its the wrong part. We were allowed to cancel the service call but still waiting pastc30 days for the refund.
