I have been really impressed with them. I was already super pleased with their responsiveness and fairness with my washer repair, but then they blew me away when my refrigerator died this weekend. I messaged them on a Friday night to see if they could come check it out. Despite being late on Friday, I got a response within just an hour or two. Unfortunately, they don't service my refrigerator brand; however, they still told me likely price estimates for a repair based on the problem. They then gave me some good suggestions so I could get my refrigerator checked out. They are honest, kind, and go above and beyond. I would honestly give them an extra star if I could!
