My refrigerator was freezing the liquids. I had him come out and take a look at it. Put a part inside the refrigerator back together and told me he doesn't know why its too cold. Now the freezer and refrigerator are no longer getting cold at all!! Yet still charged me over $100 for the service.

Called Nick’s at 8:30 AM requesting service on a refrigerator, technician (Frank) responded to my home at 11:30, work completed at 12:45. Absolutely outstanding gentleman and craftsman. Couldn’t have had a better outcome to resolve our refrigerator problem.

I called Nicks to service our GE refrigerator. The technician, Frank, said he would be at our home mid afternoon to make the repair. Well, Frank was here shortly after 2pm, had the part needed with him and completed the repair in about an hour. I highly recommend Nicks for appliance repair. The fan on our refrigerator was broken and needed to be replaced. Nick's was responsive, arrived quickly, and took less than 15 minutes to do the work. A little over a month later, the same noise started happening indicating that the fan was possibly broken again. Nick's said I would be charged another $90 just to come over and replace the part a second time. He also let me know that he gets a 90 day warranty from the manufacture so I'm not sure why he only passes along 30 days to his customers.
