Very responsive and quick with the following: to come out for consultation, part on order, scheduling, and with repairing our SubZero refrigerator. So far my refrigerator is quieter then when it was and is starting to cool back down (won't know for sure until later this evening if it drops to the correct temperature) however no indication showing as of yet that it won't. Repair tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked diligently. Pricing: well nothing is cheap with a SubZero however 1000x more affordable then replacing my entire refrigerator. I feel the parts ordered and labor were fair.

He came out, and was an hr. late, looked at a couple things, talked to my husband. Did I mention that I had him out to repair 2 refrigerators, when he left, he stated he knew what the problem was with both of them & he’d be back in a week to fix them. When he returned to fix them, which he was almost 45 min. late, the parts he brought did not fix EITHER of them. He had a puzzled look on his face & told me “that’s what your husband said he thought it was.” I paid him his $50 and never contacted him again!

Jay came the same day I called, found the issue in my refrigerator and charged me a very, very reasonable fee. He could have taken advantage of the situation, but he did not. Thanks Jay! You are my repair savior now!

When our fridge stopped working. He checked it out same day, ordered the part, then came back to install the day before Thanksgiving. Appreciate the timely service & would use again

Jay initially came out and fixed a board on my fridge because it wasn’t cooling. He let me know we may still have to replace a sensor but didn’t want to replace that if it was required. I did end up having to call him back and have him back out to replace that sensor. The fridge is running like new now and Jay was timely, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
