I purchased a LG refrigerator in 2015 and 3 years in it stopped working. Luckily I had a warranty and Certified Appliance did the repairs. Lucas was excellent, and got to me as soon as the parts were available (back order on LG's part). He also messaged me to keep me updated on the timeline. Another 3 years go by and the same fridge stopped working. (The parts from LG were faulty and there are many people with the same issue). This time his brother came out and did the repair. Both of them are very personable and knowledgeable. No one really likes having something repaired in their home but if you have to, these are the guys to call. I highly recommend them, LG...not so much!
