My name is Letricia S. I had a refrigerator repair and they initially said it was the compressor they supposedly changed it out twice then decided that wasn’t it. So next they claim it was the motherboard allegedly changed that out in less than five minutes but prior to installing claimed it’s several motherboards on this unit. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They have horrible service and they will lie about what the problem is just to get money out of you. I spent over 700 dollars and my refrigerator is still not working

We recently filed a claim with our home warranty company for our fridge that went out. We were given Twin City as the repair company. They are awesome!! Due to medication that has to be refrigerated, I was anxious to get our fridge repaired. The office staff and schedulers were very helpful and our tech Kevin was knowledgeable and fast!! I would definitely use them again!!

Horrible. My 83 year old mother. Alex them out to fix her refrigerator. They changed one part which the repairman stated would fix the issue. Didn’t fix it! Then the office lady set another appointment which the repairman never showed for. For this one issue there were three appointments that they missed. Horrible service, no calls to explain. They will never get our business again.
