Tech showed up on time, 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem with refrigerator, put a part on it, $286.00 (service call + part) give it a couple of hours, I gave it 24 hours. Still wasn’t working, tech came and got the part, and said; he would fill out the paper work for a refund for the part, a week later, I spoke to Brittany (office manager/assit.) inquired about the refund, and I was refunded for the part. Overall my experience was precessional and sufficient

They were very professional and responsive. My refrigerator was not cooling. They came out to assess the situation. Ordered a part and came back a few days later and replaced the part. They let us know who was coming and when. They called before they came. Definitely recommend. Much less expensive than a new refrigerator.

Central One: Service on a GE refrigerator, fridge portion had quit cooling, freezer was still working. Initial visit was punctual, diagnosis was that the evaporator fan motor had quit working. Delivery of part was better and quicker than I expected and the return visit to install the part went perfect. The price was reasonable, fridge is now working like a new one. I thought that I was probably facing buying a new refrigerator. Really didn't know what to expect because I am new in the area, but you can bet, I will absolutely call them the next time I have a problem.
