We contacted Leroy to replace the compressor on a walkin freezer of our restaurant. Everything was done within a few days, everything works great, all with great communication and reasonable prices. In addition, we received some great tips on how to maintain some of our refrigeration equipment. Highly recommend these guys!

My husband and I highly recommend Enchantment Refrigeration. Working with this family business was an exceptional experience from start to finish. When our air conditioning broke on a hot summer day, my husband first spoke on the phone with the owner, Leroy. He was able to give a fast diagnosis and an accurate estimate. He was knowledgeable, called the parts vendor to ensure availability, and was quick to respond with all the information we needed. We lucked out that he had an opening the next day. His sons arrived exactly when they promised and were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They came prepared with all the parts we needed to fix the problem. They also easily installed our ecobee smart thermostats with no issues. They did not try to sell us on replacing anything that wasn’t necessary and completed the job for a very reasonable price. While no one wants to lose air conditioning on a hot day in New Mexico, if you find yourself in this situation you can turn to no better company than this one. We will certainly be using them again for any of our future needs.

Our fairly new refrigerator ice maker stopped working. Edgar was quick to respond and was able to come out to inspect the same week I called. Ice maker was ordered and replaced within a week or two. Friendly, fast and provided great service.

The repair man was on time. He honestly advised that it would be cheaper to replace the refrigerator than repair it. And when asked gave us recommended products. LeRoy got right back to me, arrived on time, determined what the problem was, assured us a repair would solve the issue & not require a new refrigerator purchase. Very, very pleased with the repair on on our refrigerator. We got next day service, Leroy arrived in good time, and did a careful examination of our fridge. Result was a malfunction in the "brain" panel on the backside that makes everything work. To our relief he had a replacement panel in the truck. No having to order a part, wait a month or more, etc. which is usually the case with every other repair service we have dealt with - a big plus! Leroy also solved an another problem of a damaged part inside of the fridge which needed replacing. Premier doesn't handle those sorts of repairs, but Leroy took the time to write down the contact number for a national parts supplier with the part # needed. First rate experience all around!

When I called Monday to find out when the refrigerator was going to be delivered. They got hold of the delivery department. The delivery department called me to let me know when it was going to be delivered. Which was Wednesday and they did deliver it. We are happy with our new refrigerator.
