The technician arrived at midday and immediately began working on the refrigerator. He replaced the compressor and told me to wait 24 hours for it to reach the normal temperature. However, that was Friday 29 September and it is now Sunday 1 October and it has not reached its normal temperature. It is not cooling as expected. I need advice. Right now, after two identical events with the refrigerator in less than a year, I want a refund and I will by another refrigerator with a different company.
