Michael was pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the problem right away and explained what was required to remedy it. It was a freezer evaporator drainage ice impaction. He solved the ice blockage by performing a major freezer defrost by accessing the frozen-over evaporator and drainage funnel orifice after the circuit breaker was initially tripped.
