Dean is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He got my dead Frigidaire Professional built-in refrigerator going in short order. It's working perfectly now. It's refreshing to deal with someone who does exactly what they say they will do. He's a true professional, and I highly recommend him. He's also very interesting to talk to!

Our sub-zero refrigerator had stopped cooling and the door did not seal properly. In the past we had used Mr. Appliance but found them lacking in their knowledge of sub-zero products. Apprehensively I picked Dean to look into the problem. Lo and behold, Dean arrived at our house at the promised hour and immediately diagnosed the problem as a failed cooling fan for the compressor. He replaced the faulty part and during the course of fixing also provided valuable insight into the sub-zero products. Very impressed with his workmanship and also deep knowledge of the sub-zero products. I will highly recommend Dean for any sub-zero repair work. Not only does he fix the problem quickly but his charges are also very reasonable.

I highly recommend Dean Lombardo (Arctic Chill) for evaluating and diagnosing any problem you are having with your Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. He is very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys explaining the problem at hand and what options there are to fix the problem. Dean was able to fit me into his schedule the next morning after I first contacted him the afternoon before. He successfully made the repairs that were necessary and followed up with a phone call to make sure the refrigerator and freezer were now operating properly. (Both had issues in need of repair.) Do not use!!! Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience using this company. We initially called to get our refrigerator fixed. A technician came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. So we were encouraged that the process went smoothly after the install. So we went ahead and paid the tech and he told us our fridge should start cooling by the morning. But unfortunately after the “fix” our refrigerator was not cooling or working. When I called the technician I was told it could be another issue and we could be out more money. To make matters worse it would be a week before they could get to us. I tried to call the main line and asked for a manager but I was directed to a customer service person who said there was nothing they could do except have the tech get back with us and that it was common for something else to be wrong. I asked if I could speak to someone else and he said the only contact he had was a email and he couldn’t share that with me. Ridiculous! Save your money and use someone else. This was probably the worst customer experience I have had.

Would give zero stars if I could. Responsive to the initial call for service. Technician came out and diagnosed the problem. Then no-show for two separate appointments and non-responsive when I contacted again. Refrigerator has been in pieces for over two weeks and no response. Would advise not to use this outfit.

Brandon arrived promptly at the time stated. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. I appreciate that he explained what he was doing and gave me the basics why he was doing certain things. He had the parts on the truck and completed the repair inside of an hour. What a great experience and what great assistance Peter provided me. The ice maker on my refrigerator stopped working. I had worked on it and could not understand why the problem was not solved. Needed help and called Peter Before he came out he asked me to explain exactly what I had done. He then asked me to complete one more test - which I did - and the problem was solved. I offered to pay him but he was more than gracious to tell me there was not charge. If other issues with anything appliannce related he will get my first call.

I have never met an appliance technician with such perseverance as Peter. He was determined to diagnose the problem and find a solution to fix my refrigerator. He was respectful and knowledgeable with the appliance.

Peter was extremely helpful when my refrigerator died earlier this week. Ultimately the compressor was bad and they sadly do not offer closed system service yet. Peter did an excellent job of explaining the problem, offering pros and cons of my options, and following up to offer advice and answer questions. He will be my first call when something else dies.

Great service! Peter was able to come out same day and diagnose our freezer chest. Even with very limited parts available for our model freezer he found the part quickly and returned on a Saturday to replace the part! Freezer works great again and very fair price!

I had an issue with my GE ADORA Fridge not cooling and having ice build up. Capital Appliance tech responded on time, diagnosed the issue, and melted the ice build up. He ordered the parts and repaired my fridge within a few days. It’s been 3 months and my fridge works like new. The tech was professional, polite and punctual. The price was reasonable and I’m satisfied. Would definitely recommend

I have to admit I wasn’t initially sure about this company. We had a misunderstanding in the beginning and I got stressed but after a bit more communication everything made sense. Kostyantyn serviced my LG refrigerator. Diagnosed yesterday and compressor replaced today. He was polite, neat, efficient, and even found a missing earring of mine. Our 17 year old GE refrigerator stopped cooling both freezer and refrigerator sections just before the holiday party season started. We had called One Source Appliance Repair in the past and were super impressed with their knowledge of appliances and their conservative approach to fixing problems. Time was ticking and food was melting. Repairman, Matt K., was dispatched promptly to diagnose and discuss options. Matt explained clearly the problem, the solution and gave us several choices to discuss and decide. He was professional, relaxed, informed and direct. We HIGHLY recommend calling and using One Source Appliance Repair. They are fair, prompt and arrive determined to fix the problem you are experiencing.

Very Poor, and not dependable. Sears appliances were beyond BAD!!!! The freezer side of our refrigerator was not working efficient. They came on time diagnosed with $ 640 charge, including parts and labor. They scheduled another appointment time in the coming 2 weeks. Parts arrived, SEARS repairman did NOT show up. No phone calls, mo notifications. We called and wasted 2 hours of time for waiting and being transferred this place to another. We finally rescheduled for 5 days after. They did not show again. Again no notifications, no call. SEARS charged the cost upfront but services was NOT rendered. Our freezer stopped functioning well. We needed to find another company.

Our refrigerator freeze was getting ice in the bottom. Our serviceman, Gregory, came to repair it. He was on time, very knowledgeable and very nice. He treated us as people not just doing his job for a paycheck. That was greatly appreciated. In my opinion Gregory deserves a raise in pay.

I'd leave no stars if I could. He walked in with a preconceived diagnosis and would not listen to any comments. He did nothing more than open the refrigerator door and draw his conclusion. Despite my asking, he did NOTHING more. He was condescending. He left saying he would send another tech. But he lied; he did not do so. Sears has no means for customers to communicate their needs and problems, so I have no way to share my problem or to get the repair I need for my refrigerator. I'm telling it here--but you won't respond. So what's the point of asking?

Had a refrigerator making a lot of noise because the motor was dying. The technician came over within an hour of my call and fixed it. Will definitely use again!
