Had a refrigerator stop cooling on Saturday! Called and he came out within 90 minutes. He knew what he was doing and replaced a fan motor and a few other issues. I appreciate the quality of work and he was a super nice man.

Had the refrigerator go out over the weekend. Called 2 local companies on Sunday to get scheduled for diagnostics. The other company couldn't come out until Tuesday afternoon but Serg with Expert Services (Serg) called me on Sunday PM and confirmed for Monday AM. Joe came and diagnosed the problem as a compressor failure for our fridge. They were willing and able to fix the fridge same-day but due to the cost of the repair for a fridge that may have the same or another problem down the line we opted to look for a new one. They recommended their sister company Mike's Maytag as an option when looking into a new fridge which we will look into. We appreciated their help, expertise, friendliness, and quick service in getting the problem diagnosed so we could figure out our next step. Would recommend.

Refrigerator failed,…called them and they were at the house within 30 minutes and diagnosed and fixed (computer board shot),..within an another 30 minutes and the food was saved! I would use them again!
