HHA is amazing!!! I used HHA last year when my LG refrigerator broke and AJ did a fantastic job for fixing it. This week, the refrigerator wasn’t cold enough. I called HHA and AJ came out, diagnosed the issues right away, and fixed it. He was so knowledgeable. I had asked other places and they all said it was something else and wanted to charge double the price. I just want to say thank you very much for providing such awesome services to the customers. I appreciate your good services.

Have had two refrigerators repaired by Husker Home Appliance and will definitely use in the future if needed. The first was a garage fridge that ended up just needing a simple relay replaced. Thought the fridge was toast but thought it would be worth checking and glad I did. The second time the compressor on the main fridge went out. Worked great for a few months then it stopped making ice so they came back and found the condenser was leaking also. Only charged for the parts. Ice stopped a few months later and they came out and found the freezer coil was iced most likely cause my kids leave the door open too much but didn't charge anything. Great company and great service.

Had our refrigerator fixed under LG Warranty and Husker Home Appliance Service was excellent. It was fixed correctly and quickly. Much appreciated! I would definitely call them for any appliance!

What happened to Nebraska Home Appliance Repair? This was my go-to repair shop where I could rely on knowledgeable, experienced technicians. NO LONGER! On the last 3 service calls for 3 different appliances, only 1 was repaired. The 2 that were not repaired, both technicians had to call a 3rd party for advice while on site. The washer was a warranty call and needed an adjustment to the lid switch (according to the manufacturer) and tighten the back console which was loose. I could hear the NHA tech listening to a video in the laundry room and 2 men on the video talking and laughing. When he emerged his "fix" was to sand down the lid bumpers! Creative yes, but not the appropriate repair. When he left, the console was still loose. Then he presented me with a bill even though it was a warranty repair which may have been more a problem with the front office. The other appliance was a new refrigerator that has been spoiling food at a rapid rate and ice forming on food in the freezer. The GE warranty repair relied on the computer codes generated from the appliance for a diagnosis but these codes over time are overwritten and may not reflect the condition at the time the spoiling begins so relying only on these codes, no problem was identified. I wanted a second opinion and GE agreed to pay for some costs if I called NHA. I chose them because a previous NHA technician was very skilled at problem solving. Unfortunately he was no longer with them. I talked with the manager Ricco and asked that they send someone experienced in refrigeration who could think outside the box and not just perform a computer readout because GE had already done that. I further explained that we had food freeze in the refrigerator section but more often the opposite where milk is lukewarm. In the vegetable compartment droplets build up to the point where it puddles in the drawer. His "fix" was to drop the temperature in the refrigerator one degree! He showed me a history of when the door was left open suggesting this was the cause for the mold but as I told him these were either when I was cleaning and setting up the new refrigerator or during a GE repair visit. He ignored my comments. This visit was to dig deeper into possible causes that may be outside the scope of the computer readout. But he did nothing beyond reading the computer codes which had already been done by GE. I showed him pictures of carrots I divided between this refrigerator and an 18 year old refrigerator in our lower level. The carrots were decomposing in the new refrigerator but not the 18 year old refrigerator. He said it was because the new refrigerator has 2 evaporators?? He wanted to see the other refrigerator and took pictures of the inside without my permission. Who does that and for what reason? He took it upon himself to toss a moldy orange into the trash which was in the fruit bin and was my "proof" of the problem. An additional repair I requested was to calibrate the water dispenser which was inconsistent sometime overfilling, sometimes half full. He looked at it but ignored the repair. He said he would talk to NFM where we purchased the refrigerator and see if we could get it exchanged. I told him no, I was working with GE and I wanted this one fixed. I don't believe he had any intention of repairing this refrigerator, if he was even capable, because in talking with him during a follow-up phone call, he again indicated that he would pursue a warranty claim. I again reiterated that there is no warranty and that I was working with GE. I was billed for the visit even though the water dispenser was not repaired and he failed to identify the mold problem. I never received a copy of this invoice. I called Ricco but he does not take my calls nor return them. I think NHA's focus is on expanding into new markets, hence, diluting their pool of quality technicians and subsequently lost the small company values that made them the "heroes". I would say for me it has been more of a "joker" experience.

This was our 3rd experience with Hometown Hero. Just by chance, we have had the same tech each time. Derrin is very good at his job. This time we had a refrigerator quit cooling. He checked out the inside and outside and found it had a freon leak in the system. He completed an estimate for the cost to repair which we decided to replace rather than repair. We would absolutely call Hometown Hero for any future problems and if available, request Derrin for repairs.

Michael, let me know in detail what was wrong with my refrigerator. Explain that there was probably better value in buying a new refrigerator. Didn't try to upsell me.

An icemaker was replaced in a refrigerator. They have performed service for us before and we couldn't be happier with them. They are always on time, they don't try to sell you something you don't need, they do excellent work and their employees are simply good, hard-working people. There's nothing more we could ask for.

Prompt, flexible scheduling. Knowledgeable, efficient service who fixed the problem others had failed at. Update: after a few days my refrigerator started dripping water out of the front door again. By this time the warranty was expired. So frustrating!

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday. We called all available companies. C2K was the first available to service it (unfortunately we had to wait until Tuesday morning but all other companies were busy until Wednesday or Thursday). I was apprehensive since they’re a relatively new company but we received very professional, friendly and timely service. They’re on our list to call if/when we need help again. Thank you!

Gary came back out to replace the broken water filter housing and water filter at no cost to me. The line is still frozen and I was advised I'd need to unplug the fridge for 24 hours to let it thaw. This isn't a feasible option for me as I don't have a spare fridge, freezer or coolers to store my food, but I appreciate that he came out for free to try and fix the issue again. While I'm bummed I still can't use the water dispenser or have ice ready on hand, I am very appreciative of C2K & Gary's customer service in trying to rectify this.

My deep freeze quit working and it was full of meat. They came out the next day, diagnosed it, and then squeezed me in the next day to get it repaired. Saved everything in the freezer! Their representative that came to our house was very professional and friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Like many people, we have an older refrigerator/freezer. It developed a minor leak. Andy’s was prompt, professional, accurately diagnosed and order the required part. It was fully resolved in a 2nd visit. Thanks

Our 10-yr old refrigerator had stopped providing water in the door and had water slowing dripping down the back interior wall of the refrigerator and occasionally running into the hydrators, shelves, or running out under the deli drawer. The technician from Andy's evaluated our refrigerator's problem, ordered parts, set up a return appointment, then repaired our refrigerator to our complete satisfaction. The technician showed up for both appointments on time and called before his arrival. UPDATE: The major repair was successful, but the water dispenser in the door stopped working again about 30 days after the repair was completed. I waited several days to see if the water in the door might restart. When it did not, I called Andy’s again to see whether they would come out to repair the water dispenser again. I was told that repairs are only guaranteed for 30 days and we would have to pay the $99 service call fee again. We have decided to live without using the water dispenser in the refrigerator door.

Chris was very kind and courteous. He wasn't able to repair our refrigerator because the compresser went out. He did tell us the cost to repair, which would be as much as buying a new one. Nice guy!

The technician was on time, polite, and very professional. You replace the main circuit board in our refrigerator. He even went above and beyond and without being asked adjusted one of the doors that was out of whack

Had two appliances to be addressed at the same time so the fee for assessment for one was a reduced price. Older Maytag washer was an easy repair but had to wait a few days to get the part so needed two visits. LG Refrigerator was a bit more complicated. Replacing compressor under LG warranty didn’t solve the problem. Essentially required 3 visits but eventually got it resolved. Repair person Brint was very communicative, explained what he was doing, costs etc before moving forward. The call center person was ok. A little abrupt one of the 3 times I spoke with him but maybe just caught him on a bad day. I’d use them again, for sure.

Great work repairing the ice maker! A refrigerator that came with our recently purchased home leaked when a water line was connected. Had a technician out to inspect quickly. Ordered the part and replaced for less than the cost of a replacement.

Have a LG refrigerator that the compressor failed. Fortunately, Charlie replaced the compressor on my refrigerator. Charlie is very knowledgeable, professional and takes pride in his work.Traits that most people don't possess nowadays. If I ever require any future appliance repairs, I will definitely request that Charlie does the repairs.

Prompt courteous service. The repair was of the ice maker on my Samsung Refrigerator. Samsung handled the issue well and All Appliance was on top of it.

My refrigerator/freezer fan wasn't running late on a Saturday afternoon. I tried calling a few places, but all were closed. ASAP said they could send a tech out within 2 hours. Shane was here early, got the fan running and gave me options of replacing the fan, or just watching it to see if it just needed a good cleaning out (which he did by removing the back and cleaning it out and cleaning the coils.) I chose to replace it, so he ordered the part. He was here at noon on Monday to replace the fan. Shane did a great job. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

I would like to recommend this company all staff were very polite and considerate I had them service 2 refrigerators one of witch has not ran in 2 yrs their technician came out diagnosed problem ordered parts in 2 day came back out and installed new parts both are working fine now thanks asap👍

We have received timely service from Jackson Home Appliance Heating & Cooling. They are the company we call with any issues with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, furnace or air conditioner. Andrew was very helpful replacing the ice maker recently in our refrigerator. Kelly did a thorough job examining our air conditioner units and preparing them for the season. We have been customers for many years.

Called Jackson for an issue with our refrigerator, they said someone would be out the same day. A couple hours later the fridge was fixed. Now that’s service!

We had Jackson years ago to fix a refrigerator we had and I was very satisfied. We had Brandon Wolfe out to fix our dishwasher and he knew right away what was wrong. He could have done some unneeded service to pump up the price but he didn’t. I trust this company and will use them in the future.
