They knew our Italian brand of appliances inside and out. When they serviced our refrigerator they were careful around our cabinetry, countertops, and floors,-unlike many other companies in our area. Thomas went above and beyond the basic service call- and I would recommend him and his company to anyone that wants the job done right with white glove service !

My refrigerator freezer went out and would not freeze. I called this man, Mike and ask him if he could send out a diagnostic person. He asked me several questions and after these questions, his response was, sir, you need to just buy a new unit yours is too old to repair. I appreciate his honesty and his information. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me and did not profit this time, but you can bet I’ll put him down for any future repairs I might have.

Called Mr. Appliance when my refrigerator stopped working . Mike was very helpful : he had a technician at my house within ONE hour ( he could tell I was desperate). The Technician: Drew , knew what to do & fixed the problem in no time . I would recommend Mr Appliance and they would be the first place to call if I have another problem ..

Used Mr. Appliance about a week ago to replace the filter head on my refrigerator ice/water dispenser which had stopped working. They were quick to respond with an appointment, showed up on time and fixed the problem without issue. Joe, the technician, was polite, professional and knew his stuff. I highly recommend them and their Neighborly counterparts and will absolutely use them again.

Called company to see about repairing a refrigerator and the owner immediately explained I needed to contact the manufacturer and they will repair or replace as under warranty due to lawsuit. Very professional, informative and I will definitely use them if needed in the future due to the honesty.

I called Chris on a Tuesday evening around 5pm about a refrigerator/freezer that wasn't cooling. He arrived Wed morning and had the issue diagnosed within the hour. He got the part and returned Thursday to complete the repair quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. Buyer beware. Do not use this company. Tech (Julian) arrived on schedule to assess replacement of the felt ring in our Samsung dryer and replace a lightbulb in our industrial-size refrigerator. Julian proceeded to “test” the bulb in the refrigerator, which tripped the main breaker to the house power and fried the control panel, rendering us with no working refrigerator and a now costly repair versus a simple lightbulb replacement. Despite daily phone calls since Wednesday, January 22nd, from us to the 843Appliance and promises of a call back by the manager, we have received no calls back, nor any plan for how to repair the Fridge, and no recourse for the spoiled food lost over the weekend. STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service, no guarantees, inexperienced technicians. Julian was our technician and Leonard answered the phone at the office, both said they would handle things and make it right and as of today, (Monday, 1/27) we’ve had no contact from either one.

Keep him on board since it was refreshing to deal with a professional.In regard to your company that set up the appointment, they are rediculous and should be replaced ASAP. They misinformed and it literally took me a week to have the issue handled. What happened to honesty?

David did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator. He was professional, competent, and explained every action that he took in an easy to understand manner. I have dealt with many technicians in my life, but no one has performed as well as David. He is an outstanding technician.
