Knowledgeable, efficient, and lovely to deal with. I will not hesitate to use Certified Refrigeration in the future and will always request Julian.

My Viking refrigerator stoped working, and like any of us I went on google to find a company who works specifically with my brand. I came across Top Appliance Repair which happened to be close to where I live and was able to make me an appointment the next day! Leo showed up early and assessed the problem: he fixed it, which initially seemed simply and said " if it stops working again , I will come back and do a full service, but it's not needed unless it stops" Not pushy at all- honest - professional - a real strait shooter who I could tell knew the product inside and out. Because I had him there already I insisted to just go for it, because I had the Housekeper coming who could help us clear out the whole fridge to get into the back. Lo and behold the fridge did have an unforeseen internal problem which needed to be addressed. He took his time, thoroughly fixed everything in the Viking Fridge internals and was in no way rushing. A truly honest, professional gentleman- I wouldn't have anyone else work on any of my appliances than this company. Ask for Leo. He's a delight.

The repair person called before to tell me what time she would be arriving. She diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and told us the cost to repair, which could not be guaranteed to last. She recommended getting a new refrigerator, which we will be doing.

Had a great experience with David from RD Appliance Service repairing my Dacor built in refrigerator (which is a brand that no all companies will service). They came within a few days, diagnosed, explained the issue in detail in a way that was easy to understand, texted me with costs, I approved. They ordered parts, which only took a few days to come and returned to repair. The technician was very professional and communicative, as was the office staff. I am very happy with the service!

It is really hard to find quality service these days. I have been dealing with a freezer that was not entirely freezing the items in it. I have a Sub-Zero refrigerator and the company I bought it from recommended RD Appliance Service as a solution to my issue. I paid good money for these appliances and I was very upset with how it was shortly after the warranty ended i started having issues. Well I was able to set up an appointment within a day and the technician came right on time. We’ve had service techs for other companies, for other jobs arrive outside of the assigned window time frame, so this was a pleasant start. The technician was able to get to the problem right away and ordered the part we needed to fix it. I’m very happy with the service we have received as well as the cost for the services. They were even able to fix the pilot on our La Cornue Chateau Range grill! This was by far the biggest surprise to me because finding a technician who is certified in these appliances is EXTREMELY difficult and costly!
