Leak from the freezer to the refrigerator. There was no water to the icemaker so that was not the cause of the problem. Technician believes he did not repair the Problem but he tried his best. Tenant reported leak was still there last night however the leak is not there this morning which I think is good. Alternative is to buy another refrigerator.

The repairman came to my house at a respectable time and took care in replacing my refrigerator freezer door. He made adjustments to the door to facilitate better gasket adhesion around the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. Now, while the refrigerator is operating, it's practicallsilent. The refrigerator hasn't operated this quietly since it was purchased. Thank you, Jessie, for your good works.

Absolute waste of money. Our refrigerator cut off and back on again so we called them. They checked it out and said nothing was wrong with it. Later we found an ice sheet on the bottom of our freezer and thought it was from it defrosting. It made another ice sheet and we realized it had a leak and that is what caused it to shut off before. We called them to come fix it since we found the issue that they're repairman failed to find and they said they would charge us another $180 to come out again! Because we found the issue that the repairman was to incompetent to find! Absolutely ridiculous! Not good at their job, don't stand behind their work, no customer service. Absolutely horrible DO NOT waste your money!!!!

Josh came early (schedule between 8-12 and arrived 9:30). Identified my problem in minutes (capacitor) and checked my refrigerant levels. Added 3.5 lbs and stop leak as a precaution. Excellent professionalism and friendly.

Most knowledgeable guys In the industry especially with LG Samsung refrigerators. JD Also very knowledgeable with washers. I highly recommend these guys. This is an old school company they honor their warranties. Unlike some companies out there. JD Knows his stuff provided me great service. Rest assured This guy can fix it at a reasonable rate.
