Roman fixed my refrigerator quickly and professionally. He checked for other causes on my fridge fix just to double check that the problem was its only problem, which I really appreciated! Roman, came out to evaluate our refrigerator and helped us understand what the root problem was and submitted all the proper paperwork to help us get our refrigerator repaired through the manufacturers warranty and he kept us up to date through the entire process. Jake was great at fixing our refrigerator. However, our appointment was booked a week in advance and then cancel two days before and reschedule for 5 days later. I was not notified why our appointment changed and was without a fridge for even longer.

JC Appliance repair fixed our refrigerator and had it up & running in no time. He listened to the noise it was making during our phone call and was able to diagnose and order the correct part for the repair when he came over to fix it. He was through and professional, we could not be more pleased with his service. I have used A-1 & Cody's for prior repair on our appliances in past years, JC will be the only call I will make from now on. Great individual and called next day to make sure we were happy and it was working properly.

We called Saturday morning when JC opened as our refrigerator quit working. He was at our house 4 hours later! JC is very professional and his pricing was more than fair. When he left our fridge was up and running. We were looking at a wait time of 6-8 days with other repair companies. Idaho Refrigeration is clear throughout the entire process and even saved us money and time on a part that was backordered by finding it locally for us! They are our go-to for anything refrigeration/HVAC related. Highly recommend!

This review is for a rental property being serviced in nampa, called by my tenants at my request. Appliance king told my tenants to wait for 24 hours and leave the power off to the fridge. When that didnt fix anything the tech came out spent almost no time and told my tenants the fridge wasn't worth working on because it was about 20 years old and they could throw parts at it but it probably wouldnt work anyway. My poor tenants were left without Refrigeration for a week up to this point. I hired another company same day to troubleshoot the problem and he diagnosed it within minutes as the evaporator fan for a total cost of $300. It is a large freezer bottom in mint condition. For me to replace it with the same specifications it would be $1,000 and a hassle. Just being old is not a good enough reason not to diagnose the issue. He should have performed diagnostics....if not...dont charge us a service fee. Im sure they are great for sales and their stores are nice but dont call them for service.

I used them for a used refrigerator replacement, and months later we still do not have a working fridge for my tenant. They are willing to come back out and look at the appliance, but nothing gets fixed. I see they responded. Edit: i’m not here to argue over Google reviews, however I am happy to say I would change my review if I got an actual resolution.

Very knowledgeable and professional team (especially Nathan the technician). We had a refrigerator go on the fritz and they were able to diagnose, estimate and repair so that we now have a working unit again. Their costs we reasonable and their estimates were accurate. We even had a possible secondary issue, which they walked us through, and offered to help us try to get a refurbished part if needed, but luckily it was not and we didn't get any of that up-sell attitude for unneeded parts that we have gotten from other repair companies. I would highly recommend this team and use them again in the future.

Our Bosch refrigerator has had issues with the ice maker for a while now. I contacted my warranty provider and they sent someone out from another company that did not fix the issue. A-1 Came out after the first company did not fix the issue and Ryan did a great job and fixed the issue and we now have ice! Great customer service and common courtesy. Would recommend to family and friends.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is a typical appliance repair service. Just a big ripoff! The compressor in our LG refrigerator went out so we contacted A-1 Quality Appliance to make the repair as they do a lot of work for RC Willey and have repaired our refrigerators before. I was told the compressor was part of a class action suit and it would be covered, but the labor would be almost $900.00 as it would take 3-5 hours to make the repair. The repair took just over an hour, and I was still charged $900.00! I was in the legal field for 25 years and don't even know of an attorney that charges that much! To top it off, the service person came rushing in, pushed our refrigerator out from the wall and into the corner of our granite countertop leaving a nice big dent in the front of the refrigerator. My husband said to the guy, please let me help you, you just put a big dent in the refrigerator! He refused my husbands help and just kept pushing it. When I contacted the claims department about the damage, I was told by the office manager the "After talking with Max your technician, he said your husband and him had a conversation about the damage done to the refrigerator while he was in your home. He said both him and your husband inspected the refrigerator and deemed the damage that was done was not caused by our technician." This was simply an outright lie by Max! The Manager additionally stated that "It also looks like we have a damage waiver on file, I'm happy to send you a copy if you'd like!" I did not sign any damage waiver, but I'm going to guess that when Max had me provide an electronic signature to approve the payment, he slipped something in there about waiving any damage. That was the only thing I signed during the entire transaction. Typical scam artists who certainly confirm the bad reputation of appliance repair companies. Please DO NOT use this company!
