This has to be one of the most honest and helpful companies I have come across since moving to Charleston. I have a GE refrigerator that stopped working within my warranty period but GE told me they couldn’t come assess for at least a month. This left me and my two small children with no fridge or freezer. The gentleman who owns this place spoke with me on the phone and did everything he could to help me find someone to come out faster and to help find the parts that were out of stock everywhere locally.
