Feel he knows his trade well!!! . Conclusion: damaged compressor issue, best to replace. He doesn't benefit from his dx so appreciate his honesty. He was courteous and has a wealth of knowledge. We are first-time home owners and after getting the run around from our home warranty company (missed appointments, etc) they allowed us to go out of network. I know who I am calling and recommending from here on out! Sergio was out and checking on our refrigerator in under 24 hours after making the call. Then the following day, finished the job after needing to order parts. It has now been an hour since the repair was complete and we have a working refrigerator for the first time in two weeks. Fantastic work, prompt, professional, and a breath of fresh air after dealing with no shows from other companies.

We had an icemaker go out in our fridge, and called Sergio to help fix it. He diagnosed the problem, and replaced the correct part quick. However, the story doesn’t end there. A few days later the filter began leaking, causing the icemaker not to work again. He came back out to take a look, and it was determined that the replacement part was faulty. Rather than giving us a warranty number and saying we’re on our own, Sergio stuck with it and solved the puzzle – never trying to upcharge us for the extra work, or even offering a hint of frustration. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be going to him for all future appliance repair needs.

Buyer beware. We were in a pinch with refrigerator contents without refrigeration for 2 days. Finally monday came and the evaporator fan needed replacement. He looked up the part and shows me the cost from what looked like an official site from GE. The technician was in the house for less than 2 hours and charged almost $600 to replace a evaporator motor. I found out later the part is readily available for $70

Called for a repair tech for a refrigerator. Larry came out within an hour. Unfortunately , it couldn't be fixed . Pleasant man.

We called Larry when our refrigerator broke down. He was able to diagnose what the issue was over the phone and order the part same day. When there was an issue with the shipping of the part he worked to find another one and get our fridge repaired ASAP. He was very responsive and communicated where things were at while waiting for the part.

Larry is very knowledgeable regarding all appliances. He was able to respond to my need for refrigerator repair within 30 minutes of my call. Arrived and I explained my issue, what I had done and he quickly was able to confirm cause of refrigerator not cooling, yet freezer was fine. He had the part in his van and within 10 minutes he had the new part replaced and explained what I could expect. Then he went through my other appliances: electric ceramic stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer and water line to freezer for ice cubes. A great wealth of knowledge regarding cleaning and maintenance suggestions for all. These ideas will be very helpful in maintaining all of these appliances. We've used Larry twice to repair our refrigerator. It was so wonderful to talk directly to the repairman and answer his questions. He came within a few hours so we didn't lose refrigerator food. He explained everything so well. And the tip to use Lemi-shine to get the scum off the inside of our dishwasher worked great, it looks like new.

Mark showed up to install an evaporator fan for my fridge and was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He explained the issue in layman's terms and was in and out in maybe an hour, tops. Fridge is working great now, will definitely recommend this small business over the big corporate guns to everyone willing to listen.
