My mom's refrigerator and freezer needed repair. The guy came out right away and did a good job of fixing it. My mom is elderly and disabled, and I was pleased to see him being so respectful to my mom. He explained the issue with her fridge, and answered all her questions with patience. She is definitely going to call these guys again with her repair needs!!

My parents refrigerator began having a fluctuating temperature. It was continually rising and they eventually had to throw food out. I live in Texas and because they are elderly, I wanted to take this off of their plates. So I did the research to find someone to come out. I, of course, wanted someone honest and reliable and that wouldn't try to take advantage of them. The reviews for Kingdom were amazing. He got in touch with me within a day but wasn't able to service them for a full week. That was probably the only downside. They called before they arrived at the house and came in and diagnosed things but had to come back the next day. They came as promised and my mother has called me twice already to tell me how amazing Bart is. He's efficient, friendly, thorough and ....he is vacuuming to clean up his work area. This coupled with "the price is right", according to my mom, is such a relief. She isn't the easiest to please, so I know he must be phenomenal in skill, work ethic and personality. Thank you, Kingdom Appliance, for making me look like a good daughter and for giving my parents one less thing to worry about at this stage of life.

I am out of state and I called Abraham from kingdom to handle a repair to my elderly mother‘s refrigerator. They were incredibly kind, prompt and showed up and gave good advice that the refrigerator would be cheaper to replace then repair. The technician was named Bart and he was a wonderful human being. Highly recommended.

These guys are great! They were able to get our refrigerator serviced within a few days, and the cost was very affordable! The repair person gave us options for lower cost repair be higher cost improvement. I appreciated the honesty and we will definitely call them next time we have an appliance issue. 5 stars!

Fabulous experience with P.J. and Brandon. Having a refrigerator go down can be a stressful situation. P.J. was prompt with a call back and squeezed my repair in the next day. Brandon arrived, diagnosed the issue, and installed the necessary control board. A quick reprogramming and diagnostic test, and the job was complete. I cannot thank the All City Appliance team enough for all they do to keep us up and running. Bravo!

Our technician was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. We opted not to have our refrigerator repaired as it’s old and not worth the cost. Our technician offered some great advice without trying to convince us on any specific brands. We walked away from this transaction feeling like we made the right decision based on the facts presented to us. Most importantly, we didn’t feel like we were being pushed to repair an appliance not worth repairing. I’d use All City again in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was having a hard time finding a company that could fix our refrigerator timely. All City came out SAME DAY and Brandon fixed my problem in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. He had all the parts he needed on the truck so I didn’t have to wait! Brandon was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and even came early for our appointment! I also love using a women owned business.

This company got me in quickly. They were so helpful and able to get my refrigerator repaired and working correctly so quickly. Brandon was my repair person, he was wonderful, took his shoes off at the door so as to not track in water and leaves. He explained everything he did so that I could understand the problem and got the part ordered and installed the next day. While I hope to not need an appliance repair person again any time soon, I would not hesitate to call All City Appliance immediately.

My refrigerator was not cooling properly and I called the company. Dalus responded in 20 min and about 2 hours time he came home. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. He is very social, professional and expert in his field. The price is also reasonable.

I had an issue with my Kenmore refrigerator where it wasn’t cooling and called My Appliance Fixed to look at it. Ivan came over and diagnosed it very quickly and fixed it. Saved me a lot of money by fixing it because I was about to purchase another new fridge thinking it was issues with the compressor which it wasn’t. Ivan was efficient, knowledgeable and fixed it leaving my kitchen clean just like it was. Highly recommend My Appliance Fixed! Good pricing and they know their stuff!

Mr. Simmons was very unprofessional. He came in with a negative vibe, and looked at the top of my refrigerator, saying it needed a fan which wasn't the problem, the freezer part was the issue. Then I asked was he going to fix it, which his response was 'I'll let you know'.. followed by leaving and cursing, saying 'find someone else to do the job'. Pure unprofessionalism, I advise buyers to beware, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Budget Appliance contacted me but they were swamped and could not come for 2 weeks. My refrigerator needed a asap as we were using coolers for our frozen food and needed a repair asap. Budget guy was kind enough to refer me to another shop he thought could help however, THAT SHOP (Variety Appliances) asked for pictures of the freezer insides which I sent and then they ghosted me.

My refrigerator was leaking. I called and made an appointment to have someone come out to diagnose the problem. They gave me an appointment for one week later. My window was from 11am-1pm. I received a call from a female at 12:40pm who said the technician was delayed due to the prior job and that he would come at 2pm. I agreed to the new time. At 2:20pm, the technician had not arrived. I called back and spoke to a female and explained that no one had shown up. She did not explain what happened; however, she did apologize and asked if I could reschedule. I rescheduled for the following day with a window from 3:30pm to 5pm. I waited and waited; however, no one came nor did I receive a call back. I used this company once in the past and I had no issues. I Specifically tried to do business with this company; however, apparently something has changed in their practice. I waited over a week for service and my refrigerator is still leaking. I am in the process of looking for service with another company. To the owner… You replied and stated that I have the wrong business. I do have the correct business. My contact with you was prior to that he pandemic. I previously used your services to repair my stove. You and your spouse came together and had to leave to purchase parts. You came back and did a great job; however, with the last call to your company to repair a refrigerator, there seemed to have been some confusion in the office and no one came out after having spoken to a female twice. I called today to inquire about a service trip charge for my Frigidaire and explained the issues that I was having and the repairman identified two issues and informed me that I should purchase a new refrigerator! I am sitting here with joy in my heart, because he was very honest with me. Thank you, whomever you were because I didn't get a name.

I have a warranty with Wirlpool and this is the only company they use. The first call, I made my fridge did not cool at all. I threw out a ton of food and they could not be out to me for a week and a half. I was told that a refrigerator is not a necessity....are you kidding???? I have 3 kids and lost a ton of money in food, but it is not a necessity according to this company. It most definitely is a necessity, I do not live in the 1800. I was able to get get the fridge to work for a bit, but when they sent a text message (when I was expecting a call) I apparently cancled the service. A few weeks later all thee lights went out and it was not cooling again. This time the water was not working either. AGAIN...2 week to have them come out and an entire day off work. Turned out to the the board in the pantry drawer. The guy that called Friday to verify the appointment told me how to check it and ordered the part. The tech was really great, but the board didn't work. OVER 2 WEEKS later and I get a call to schedule an appointment for OVER 2 WEEKS LATER...this is to replace a part that takes less than 5 minutes. She was rude and hung up on me for being upset that it is taking 2 months to fix my fridge and the first 2 people I talked to were rude too 2 months ago This was Friday. I called Monday and requested a call back because I don't have time to wait on hold..never got a call back. Now today is Tuesday, I was #11 and again I requested a call back. That was over 3 hours ago. I want to talk to a supervisor. I would never call these people if I didn't have this stupid warranty. They are supposedly over booked all the time....then they need to hire more freaking people. I do not normally leave bad reviews, but I have had it. This place is awful. I have seen 1 tech and he was really nice, but the office people need serious lessons on customer service, and I know because I work in IT on the IT Service Desk and deal with people upset about their PC daily. Just fix my damn refrigerator. It should not take 2 months. This company is ridiculous for the amount of time it takes to get someone out. Even the cable company is not this bad....AND THAT IS NOT A NECESSITY!!!! I MOST DEFINITELY WANT TO TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR IN WISCONSIN!!! Seems instill may not get a call back again even though I called back at 12:30 and it said I was #9. This place is awful. Just fix my refrigerator so I can be done with you.

David Manzo is the technician that services my area. He was thorough, prompt and knowledgeable. My refrigerator was fixed immediately and new parts were ordered and replaced within the week.

Rob was great. He called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on-time and got right to work. Our refrigerator was leaking and he checked several things before finding the drain was clogged and causing the water to overflow during defrost. He was very efficient. Would definitely use them in the future.
