Didn't put any effort to Diagnose the issue, gave the quote to fix the refrigerator which is almost cost of the refrigerator and charged for the diagnosis. Got it fixed from other source with 1/3 rd of the cost

I called Mr Appliance for a water problem. I was getting water in my vegetable draw. The gentleman on phone asked me a few questions. One was how old is my refrigerator. He didn’t want me to waste my money if it was really old. They are very knowledgeable. From the service call to the technician. They had a little difficulty removing the cover inside my refrigerator cuz it was so frozen on. He explained why. Very respectful gentleman. He also mentioned to remove the protected board from the back of the refrigerator where the condenser is and unplug your refrigerator to vacuum every few months. To prevent it from overheating. My water problem has been resolved. I truly recommend this company to everyone.

I had an issue with my sub zero refrigerator, the freezer temp would vary greatly (warm/cold) but not as cold as a freezer should be. Mr. Appliance (Nick) showed up when he said he would. He found the problem had to order the part, came back and repaired the freezer. The repair cost was reasonable, I would recommend Mr. Appliance

Water dispenser stopped working on Samsung refrigerator. No one in the house so little opening and closing of the doors. Anyway CitySide came and looked at this and that and suggested a new filter to be the first recommendation in case it was clogged, even though the filter was just a month old. I replaced the filter and still no water. As it turned out and as was suggested by a home inspector shortly after, all that was needed was to turn off the fridge for 24 hours so the frozen line could thaw (remember the fridge was not getting much use at this point). I shut off power to the fridge and left the doors open. I placed towels for any melting water. This did the trick. Paid $129 for the visit and bought a new filter for nothing. Live and learn.

I have been looking for an appliance repair company for some time now. I saw a Facebook posting recommending CitySide Appliance. They answered the phone right away, answered all my questions and was very friendly on the phone. The repair individual was on time, respectful, and was able to fix the Refrigerator issue right away. He left my laundry room clean and in working order. He also repaired an older refrigerator for me over two years and and it's still running well.

We have been waiting since November to get our refrigerator fixed. Today is the third time that they have canceled Last minute the day that they were supposed to come for service. We have taken three days off from work. We’ve been eating out since November., other than what we can purchase and not have to refrigerate. I would never ever ever recommend them. Unfortunately, The fridge is warranty, so we are stuck using them and stuck with them when they feel like they want to show up. when you call all you get his voicemail or AI. You are never able to speak to a person.

Joseph did a wonderful job diagnosing, ordering correct parts and repairing my GE refrigerator. He was courteous and really went above and beyond with cleaning up the area of the old parts he replaced. I am very happy with his work!
