Got quick service on our repair call. Jim was excellent. Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Gave us good recommendations to help keep our ice makers operational. Although we chose not to repair our LG ice maker due to the unreasonable cost of the OEM part, Jim recommended some brands of refrigerators that are more reliable and cost effective to have serviced. We appreciate the expert advice! We will not hesitate to use and recommend Champion for appliance repairs.

He was very professional, we call for one fridge but at the time he came we have two fridges already to need to be fixed and he take the job like a pro and fixed both.

We had an issue with our ice maker which was still under warranty. Tracy called letting me know he was twenty minutes away which was greatly appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and made sure it was working properly before he left. He also gave me a few tips to make sure our refrigerator settings were correct. I 100% recommend diamond factory service!

We have used Diamond Factory a handful of times for repairs and installation, each time Tracy has been our service person. Tracy cares about the customer, taking personal interest to make sure the repair is done as quickly and professionally. Our refrigerator compressor went out, Tracy walked me through the steps to try to get a new one in a timely manner. Unfortunately it took 5 weeks (due to Maytag backorder and sending me a broken one). Tracy was compassionate and worked diligently to ensure my fridge was repaired properly when the compressor finally came in. Thanks Tracy, you are a true "gem"!

I needed to move a refrigerator down to my basement and cap off a gas line (scary for the average human). Kirch scheduled the appointment, followed up to confirm, and sent two guys over who were super helpful, quick, and left everything better than they found it. Can't say enough about how helpful Olivia who answered the phone was. So friendly and understanding of what we needed. 5 out of 5 - highly recommended

UNREAL!!! This company is AMAZING!!! We've had multiple experiences over the years and they've all been wonderful. A few weeks back, on a Wednesday night, our old refrigerator died (of course). Panicking all night and scouring online, I was convinced we'd be without a fridge for at least a week or so and pay nearly $2k. Thursday morning I thought, alright, I guess it is what it is but we were looking for a black refrigerator (not thinking it'd be easy to find). I thought to check out Kirch first and then head to a major retailer to sign away $2k. SO GLAD I STOPPED AT KIRCH FIRST!!! Not only did we find the black fridge but it was about a third of the cost and WAY better than our previous fridge. To top this all off, we had it delivered the next day...AND THEY CAME EARLY!!! A Wednesday disaster turned into a Friday delight thanks to all those who helped us at Kirch. Always think Kirch first and save the stress of going elsewhere!!! Thanks all for your tremendous help and, as always, top notch service!!!

A prior refrigerator died on a hot day in 2019. I needed a replacement fast. Kirch has a nice selection of used appliances and I found an affordable option that day. Said replacement fridge has now been sold and so I'm reporting ~2 years of it doing its duty. It's really nice to have a place like this in town.

They have a great selection of pre-owned appliances. From stoves to refrigerators and dishwashers. Their pricing is right on par and the service they offer to backup what they sell is fantastic.

The ice maker on our KitchenAid refrigerator stopped working. It's under warranty, and the Geek Squad told us to call Lake Appliance. Jason came out, diagnosed the situation, and ordered parts to be delivered to our home. After they arrived, Lake Appliance called us to schedule the repair. He was great: friendly, efficient, protected the floor from harm, and cleaned up everything. We will use Lake Appliance again when something breaks... And something is always breaking.

Referred by Samsung to these folks for our refrigerator repairs. We were given a runaround for the fix to our fridge. Different people telling us different things. Poor communication. Not allowed to talk with a technician, even after they visited our home. Had to rely on the receptionist who would relay our messages to a technician. Who would then call us back with bad instructions. The telephone game is a bad method for fixing a fridge. Called Samsung to have our repair assigned to a different technician.

Our tech Adam was exceptional in diagnosing a leaking internal water line in our Frigidaire Refrigerator. He replaced the defective factory line and now no leaks and the ice maker finally works again. Well done Adam!

*Another update: So Main Appliance admits they're customer service could be better by calling me as the customer back to let me know the service appointment was cancelled. They admit to being able to offer this service for every other vendor but Samsung, which is the vendor in question. That's great they can admit to this fault in their service and I appreciate that. To correct their response below, as I said in my original post I DID NOT receive a call or email from Samsung. I DID receive a call from someone who DID NOT identify what company they were calling with but who tried to get personal information about where I live and what the issue is with a refrigerator as they were the one who was doing the repairs. The questions they were asking without identity specifically who they worked for led me to believe they were a scam. So I didn't give them information. So I DIDN'T refuse to give the necessary information to Samsung. I refused to give it to someone who wouldn't identify who they were calling from. Please Main Appliance, release these recordings where you claim I said I refused to give information to Samsung because they won't show that. Once again, you trying to lie about what experience I had with you is astonishing. We clearly have different expectations of what good customer service is because mine doesn't include blaming a process for something that reflects your reputation as a business and then saying to a customer "this is your problem to deal with not ours". I hope people read this review to see how you view customer service and your response to it* *Update: Even better than the experience described below, Main Appliance called me a few minutes ago to tell me why my experience wasn't accurate to the experience that I had. Again, can't stress enough how much I wouldn't recommend Main Appliance* Customer service is not a focus for Main Appliances. Had a service appointment scheduled with them to come do repairs on a refrigerator yesterday, which no one showed up for nor did Main Appliance notify us about. After contacting Main Appliance I was told that our refrigerator manufacturer cancelled our ticket which automatically cancels the appointment in Main Appliances system without notifying them which is why Main Appliance never contacted us to let us know no one would be coming out. I was told by the rep that Main Appliance is only a "Service Provider" and isn't responsible for the lack of communication around the appointment being cancelled; aka they aren't responsible for their own system not being configured to be customer oriented to know they should call a customer who they've scheduled service with to let them know an appointment has been cancelled. You know they are only a "Service" Provider but apparently "Customer Service" isn't necessarily part of that. I was told I needed to call the refrigerator manufacturer myself, without being given the number to even call at this time. When I asked why am I being asked to do this and why Main Appliance can't help facilitate this I was told again they are only "Service Providers" and only do work they get paid for. If they helped with this process they wouldn't have enough staff. I was then told by the rep, with the amount of time we spent on this call (Roughly 10 minutes) talking about why Main Appliance can't help get a new ticket created this could have been resolved with the refrigerator manufacturer. So to recap they don't have enough staff available to help follow up with Samsung for 10 minutes, when Main Appliance was the "Service Provider" scheduled to come do the repair and didn't notify us that wasn't going to happen. Again, I guess good customer service isn't included in their idea of "Service Provider". Very unhelpful, lack of ownership helping to solve the problem, and overall just lack of caring for me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if this is what Main Appliance thinks is good customer service regardless of being the primary or only the "Service Provider".

Drew B. fixed my refrigerator. He did a fantastic job. He clearly knows a lot about repairs. He was respectful, friendly and explained things in a clear manner. Highly recommend!

Repaired our refrigerator, replaced the compressor, vented the freon into the house. 4 days later the refrigerator stopped working. We called and called, never got a call back. Had another service company look at it. Previous repair was hacked so bad, had to buy a new refrigerator.

Please read this before you hire this company. Our LG refrigerator broke, a representative from this company assured us he could fix it and we didn't need to buy a new one. He told us he had fixed LG machines 'over 800 times' and that the repair would lead to the refrigerator lasting another '10 to 15 years.' Over the course of about three weeks, he completely and utterly failed to repair the refrigerator. He was very hard to contact and on at least one occasion simply failed to show up when he said he would. We moved appointments, moved food to coolers, and incurred a number of expenses because of his inability to fix the machine. He had a different reason each time why his repairs were unsuccessful. We ultimately gave up on him and his ability to repair the refrigerator when he tried unsuccessfully 4 times. We asked for a partial return of the exorbitant fee he charged us, and he has not responded. Please consider other options before you hire this company.

They didn’t fully repair my refrigerator. I called back multiple time and left messages, but never received a response. Was forced to call TriCounty who came out and finished the job

Our fridge stopped working after 2 months and GE set us up through appliance service pros, not by choice. They are horrible. We had an appointment and they never came and looked at it. In order to get the refrigerator replaced GE says they need to look at it and appliance service pros ghosted us. They will not return our calls and I would recommend that you never use their services. **The calls and service request is under David Nester

I have no idea how this company stays in business. Stay away. We found this company through the Frigidaire website because our unit was under warranty. Service Manager diagnosed our fridge over the phone and explained to us what a poor fridge purchase decision we made. Thanks, dude. He told us that he needed to order a fan. We called back repeatedly over the subsequent weeks asking about when this part would arrive. Each time, the person answering had no record of us. We'd always get the assurance that the part was ordered, and they had no idea when it would arrive. Eventually, we gave up and used a different company, which got the part in 3 days. Service Manager is extremely rude and condescending on the phone. He might be the rudest customer service person with whom I've ever interacted.
