Dillon called, as requested, 1/2 hour prior to his scheduled arrival. He efficiently did the cooling preventive maintenance (PM); hosed down & cleaned inside the outside unit; replaced the return air filter, & took the used filter with him; and topped off the refrigerant. Whenever he was inside our condo unit, he wore shoe covers to protect our carpet. He left his work areas clean & tidy, was very professional, courteous, and personable. I definitely would trust him to care for my HVAC unit again. The $149.00 annual maintenance contract includes: 1 each annual heating, air conditioning, plumbing, & electrical PM's; discounts on service calls, parts, and labor; 5% Discount on all bid installations or renovations including equipment, accessories, and labor; Priority scheduling phone number; and NEVER pay emergency service rates. Lee Company has been servicing our HVAC system and plumbing since we purchased the condo in 2009, and we have never had any problems with the service or technicians. This has to be the best deal around!

Service technicians are overworked. You'll never get same day service even if you join their home maintenance plan. Their prices are ridiculous, and considering that their diagnosis last week was incorrect (told me my thermostat was bad when my air handler was leaking refrigerant) and they couldn't manage to plug in the capacitor on my heat pump correctly last month, I can't recommend this company to anyone. Please find a local contractor. They'll take their time to find the real issue, take care of you, be courteous, and charge a fair price for their labor.
